Tried to steal my money. Luckily I paid with a credit card. Wouldn’t issue refund for gas while pumps were not working. They knowing took payment inside while pumps were not working. When I asked for a refund they said no.

Watch the dates on products....if there even any on the products. Items are expired all the time. They get these items for dirt cheap and sell it for ridiculous prices!!!

DO NOT BELIEVE GAS SIGNS. ALWAYS ASSUME THEYRE 50cent higher than listed.I stopped here instead of going to the one across the street because it shows 2.70-2.80 per gallon but at the pump, even after paying cash it’s still3.25.They’re are mis-labeling to scam you.——Attendant at car wash isn’t helping people touch the screen. People are having to get out of their cars to do it because and I quote, “I don’t know how to do it. You’ll have to do it yourself. “

Apparently basic math isn't a strong suit for the morning employee today. I put 30 dollars in cash on one of the pumps. The employee states I only put 20 dollars, after I specifically counted out 3 bills, laid them on the table and stated how much money I put on the pump. Glad she got to pocket 10 dollars maybe she can use it to support her lacking ability to count.

Cheaters, do not go here at all. The sign will say something below the market price and when pump is different. I ask the cashier and he said you need to get a chevron card.

I have a 2012 Camaro SS. I pumped in a full tank of “93 Octaneâ€. My car is now clattering like I pumped in “89 Octaneâ€. Not sure what this station is trying to pull off but I will NEVER buy fuel from there again.

On 12-17-18 at approximately 3:40 PM I went to this store/gas station to make a purchase. Both clerks were busy, so I got in the line that I thought would move fastest. It did. When it came my turn to be served the young male clerk told me to go to the other line. He had a smirk on his face and stood there doing nothing while I went to the other line, expecting him to move on to another task. No, he just stood there doing nothing. As luck would have it the other clerk was having difficulty communicating with a Spanish only speaking customer. After watching her struggling to communicate with him I stepped in and used my fractured Spanish. The problem was solved. All this time, several minutes, while watching the other clerk struggle trying to communicate with the customer the young male attendant started to talk with the Hispanic man in fluent Spanish. I was stunned! Why did he not help a couple of minutes before? He had been standing no more than about 8' away with a smirk on his face watching the other clerk doing her best, struggling admirably with the language problem. He did nothing. After I had helped and saw that he was fluent in Spanish I told him that he was out of line for not helping the other attendant - words like rude, bad mannered, etc. came easily to me including my unsolicited opinion of him for not helping the other attendant. He retaliated in a sarcastic manner. Words escalated, but quietly and not excessively. I was not looking for an argument. I just wanted to be gone, but he would not let it go. He then told the other clerk to watch his register while he took me outside "to have a talk". He started to move around the counter toward me in a threatening manner. I am 74 years old, disabled, recovering from surgery, and not looking to fight anyone, but I do carry a weapon for self-protection. Nonetheless, I told him quite calmly that if he touched me I would call the police and have him arrested for assault. He backed off momentarily, said a few words, and I suggested that he was racist. He then called the police to lodge a complaint about an unruly customer...lol... I completed my transaction and quietly left - never to return again. Hell can freeze over, and I will still go out of my way to avoid this store/gas station.

Price gouging. The cost for cash, credit, or debit is 30 cents more than if you use their gift card . But they'll only let you buy the card with cash. It's cheaper by 30 cents at Kroger and Exxon across the street. Lously policy especially when you're trying to convince me that's a discount .

Creepy man at the car wash was eye balling my 11 year old non-stop!! Asked if she was my daughter and commented on her eyes, but not in a normal comment way. He wouldn't take his eyes off of her!! She felt uncomfortable and so did I!! Just wanted to get the car wash over with and go!!

Price gouging on Premium gas. As of 9/4 price is 3.29. No other gas station in the Pearland or Houston area is charging this much. It's the only gas station in the area with gas. They are being reported
