I'm glad this location is open but they are very slow. I came through the drive through thinking it was be a fast transaction but it has literally taken forever! I pulled in at 11:50 A.M. and did not leave until 12:31 P.M. There was no one in line in front of me. They seem to be very unorganized. Then they got the transaction wrong so I had to go inside. I usually go to the branch across the street, but they are not open at the moment. I would recommend going to that location!

Funny how there's 2 Chase banks right on 518 and even funnier they are both right across the street from each other. Marco is a great banker! If you're looking for someone who is honest and knowledgeable. He's your go to guy! Always informative and kind. Great, clean and spacious location.

We had a 4 pm appointed (time set by a business account manager). Waited and waited until I finally told the hostess that we would see whoever could help us set up the account. ....waited and waited. Steady stream of people coming in and going back. We finally just gave up and left. What is the point of an appointment??????? Seriously We currently have been chase customers for over 15 years and have 5 accounts with them. By the end of next month I intend to have no accounts with them.

Exceptional customer service. Someone greeted me at the door and directed me where to go on my first visit. Loved the smiling faces and care to serving others !

Wanted to refinance my home loan. I bank with Chase and tried calling them 3 times at the Pearland Broadway Silver Lake location several hours apart. Got voice mail every time saying they were too busy to take any calls, told me to call back later and then the machine hung up without even asking for a call back number. Obviously, they don't need anymore business.

OK, while I am not a fan of large, commercial banks, I decided to go through the drive through to make a deposit for someone else. I had to wait a while behind one car, but that was not a big deal. Then, I had to ask for them to send a pen. I sent the check through...waited about four minutes for the teller to send back a deposit slip. I thought this was odd because the credit unions I go to will complete them for me. Then, I waited almost ten minutes for the confirmation. Also, she was not very polite. Bottom line: I will not be making any deposits for anyone at Chase!

Horrible customer service! Received poor treatment by Assistant Manager Lissette. She had an attitude and talked back to me when I told her not to. She always had a smart comment to say to me and had to have the last word. Customer for 13 years and received horrid treatment. Lissette needs a different job because customer service is not one of her skills.

Near the freeway with two drive thru ATMS? Yes indeed I'm a fan! It was a Sunday when I came by this place, so can't give it 5 stars without experiencing their customer service. However, no problems at the ATM. #Sweet Sunday

It's a fine location, my husband and I came in to open a joint account. I really wish I could give them a better rating since the manager even came by to say hi, and I saw him going around greeting everyone else making sure they're taken care of. But, they get 3 stars because I really don't feel like our bank rep was helpful at all. I had a much better experience at another location when I re-activated my personal account a few months back. That rep dug and found several "specials" for me to take advantage of and offered them to me. We weren't offered anything here, even though we were opening a brand new account, both had existing accounts here and we deposited our wedding gift money here the same day. I had to ask the rep if there is anything specials at all at the moment, or anything coming up? She said there's nothing. Ok, perhaps she really didn't know. But not even 7 days after we opened that account, I got an email special for opening up a Chase account. =(
