Kinda weird how this place accidentally breaks your car and gets mad at the customer for their mistake.
If they screwed on the bolt correctly before giving me my car, I wouldn’t have to use a zip tie to keep in place. Terrible service. If something breaks in your car good luck trying to reason with them, they refuse to take any accountability.

Took my wife’s Escalade in to have it checked. Le was extremely helpful set an expectation of 24 hours to diagnose the issue. I received a call within a few hours with diagnosis and recommendations. Highly recommend Car Tex Automotive.

BEWARE Please spare yourself the headaches I have had dealing with CarTex in Pearland. 1st of all they are more expensive than any surrounding shops 2nd I had two vehicles repaired there, both vehicles had to be returned 3 times for the same repair... and BTW I'm currently on the side of the road waiting for a wrecker...... :( I don't understand how they stay in business OR LEARN THE HARD WAY LIKE I DID
