Customer service bad, chips burnt, I asked if I could get some that weren’t burnt and he took one out of my bag and said it tasted fine to him. Bitter and burnt is how I go them a second time. I have always enjoyed going to Buc-ee’s but this smaller location was so disappointing. And restrooms were smelly and out of order as well.

My love for my Buc-ee’s decreased slightly today. Who charges to refill a refillable water bottle? This won’t ever be read by a corporate employee. But what a shame. Does a restaurant charge you for water if you buy a meal?

Clean bathrooms, always greeted when walking in, good selection of items in the store for most of your needs. Friendly atmosphere & fast checkout. You do not have to wait in line longer than 2 minutes.

Buc-ee's, while renowned for its sprawling travel centers, demonstrates that size isn't everything with its smaller location. This compact version of the famous chain retains the essence of the Buc-ee's brand, skillfully blending key features of its larger counterparts with the charm of a more intimate setting.Upon arrival, visitors will notice that, despite its smaller scale, this Buc-ee's location doesn't compromise on the variety and quality that the brand is known for. The store offers a well-curated selection of products, including their famous snacks, unique merchandise, and a range of beverages. While the range might be more condensed compared to larger locations, the choices remain diverse, catering to the needs of most travelers. One of the highlights of Buc-ee's, the brisket sandwich, is thankfully a staple here as well. It's as delicious and satisfying as ever, maintaining the high standards of Buc-ee's barbecue offerings. The smaller size of this location does not detract from the quality and taste of the food, which remains a strong draw for visitors. The beverage selection, though not as vast as in larger stores, still offers a wide variety of options, from refreshing cold drinks to energizing coffees. This ensures that customers can find a suitable drink to quench their thirst or give them a much-needed energy boost.Gas prices at this Buc-ee's location continue to be competitive, offering customers great value. Although there might be fewer pumps than at the larger locations, the efficiency and convenience of refueling at Buc-ee's are still very much in evidence. The staff's friendliness and efficiency are notable at this smaller location. They uphold the Buc-ee's tradition of excellent customer service, making sure every visitor feels welcomed and assisted. Their dedication to maintaining the brand's standard in customer experience is evident.Cleanliness and maintenance are clearly a priority here, just as they are at the larger Buc-ee's locations. The store and restrooms are kept spotlessly clean, which is especially commendable given the constant flow of customers. In conclusion, this smaller Buc-ee's location successfully captures the essence of what makes the brand so beloved. It offers a convenient and enjoyable shopping and dining experience that stays true to the Buc-ee's ethos. For those who appreciate the Buc-ee's experience but prefer a less overwhelming setting, this location is the perfect fit.

I love Bucc-ee's, they're the absolute best, but recently I made a human mistake and lost my wallet at the location in Ennis, TX.I tried looking up their phone # online and realized they do not have individual locations' phone #'s online. Instead, when you call their phone #, they make you fill out an inquiry on their website and you have to wait to hear back. In their FAQ's they claim its because their customers would get angry when cashiers would be on the phone, but I think that is an excuse and they just simply choose not to allocate towards a help / call line for individual locations. It's a busy shop - I get it. But in the event of an emergency (A lost wallet with everything you own in there, etc.) in a Bucc-ee's location across the state, you need to speak to a human NOW. It's my fault, it frustrates me, but you'd think a place like this could be more personalized in their phone assistance. But no, they are not. I read about multiple instances online and I am not the only one who has experienced this. Stinks. Hope they get back to me when they can! This is the only reason I give 2 stars. Their answer to the FAQ about this on their website is an excuse. We all know they have the means and capability to have a human on the line per location if needed be.

I love this place. They have something for everyone, even your pets. The bathrooms are always clean and neat. They have packaged or fresh cooked foods. They have a very large drink selection from frozen to hot and snacks aplenty.

Breakfast sandwiches are good. If you have to gas up your diesel I would go somewhere else. they have cheap diesel gas that won't agree with your truck. Small Bucees compared to other for those who travel across Texas and they have cameras everywhere. No privacy to sleep or rest if you're on a road trip.
