Brooke’s boutique has been wonderful! They sold all my luxury pieces for me and were so easy to work with. All the employees are very friendly and helpful while shopping at the store too. Great shop, can’t wait to come back!

I have frequently shopped and consigned at this boutique for over ten plus years now and the family friendly atmosphere and wonderful customer service that's received has never changed. Purchased several designer bags and wallets and always given the certificates of authenticity which makes shopping here even more enjoyable and at ease. I have also purchased clothing here too and I love that they only take nice items to resale. Just believe the value of your money will go far. Don't forget to catch a FaceBook live sale, go in store or just do some online shopping, the experience is worth your while.

Absolutely love Brooke's Boutique. The girls are great and very personable. I should own stock in this place. They always have something cute to add to my clothes collection. If you aren't on their lives you are missing out.

They lost my clothes only gave me $50.00 for them . Then had the nerve to turn around saying I owed them $10.00 because they sold an item that wasn't mine . Like what I dint work there I had no control on what you did . Losing my clothes then blaming me it was a horrible experience because they didn't do what was right towards me .

I will not shop or sell another item here again. I brought my items in November and they lost my contract so my items were not entered into the system for a month. (This is not the first time) Fortunately, my mother went in and realized she didn't see any of the items and asked about them. That is when they realized who the items were for. What if she never went in? We went in to pick up what did not sell and they could not find an item.. once again my mom found it on the rack. She keeps saving them from embarrassment. There is no grace extended if you pick up your items after they expire or if an item sells after the expiration date.. they lost a loyal customer over $3.50. Not worth the headache. Take a picture of your contract and set a notification bc they WILL NOT notify you. Good luck

I have been shopping here for the past few years and what keeps me coming back is not just the great finds & prices, but all the ladies that work there! I love walking into the store and being greeted like family. The lives are super convenient with a busy schedule to see what they have and get first grabs! I LOVE Lululemon but refuse to buy it new. I will only get it from them (lots of times it is NWT!). Selling my stuff with them is also smooth & easy. I use what I make as store credit ? I will say, if you choose to consign with them, keep in mind you're shopping with them for their awesome prices, so expect your things to be priced the same. It is a 50/50 split which I think is very fair. Most other consignment places only give you 30-40%. Cecile & the girls are honest in their dealings and *if* an unlikely problem arises, they're quick to ammend it! I tell everyone I know (all over the country) to shop with them and will continue to do so! Keep up the great work ladies ?

My girls and I love Brooke's boutique. You can get top brands designer and luxury goods for such a great deal. The lives are awesome. The staff is so sweet. They go above and beyond to help out at all times. You can't go wrong with their purchases. They inform you of every detail about it. It's a family owned and a small business boutique . We think they're doing a great job.
