One of the coolest things I didn’t expect was their repair options. When my screen cracked (because of course I dropped it), I found out Boost offers phone repair at select stores. The repair was quick, way cheaper than I thought, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Definitely a lifesaver. Boost Mobile by Ao Wireless gives you great value — solid network, super affordable plans, easy setup with smooth data transfer, and even handy repair services if something goes wrong. I had an awesome experience at the Boost Mobile store inside Food Town in Pearland. The staff was super friendly, patient, and really helpful. They took the time to explain all my options and helped me find the best plan for my budget. I also got my phone activated quickly without any hassle. I had the privilege of witnessing some truly incredible customer service today, thanks to Ali at Boost Mobile. While I was there, a particularly difficult and disrespectful customer was making things challenging, but Ali handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and grace.
Despite the rude behavior, Ali remained calm and patient, never raising his voice or losing his composure. He listened to the customer’s complaints attentively, offering helpful solutions without ever getting flustered. What really impressed me was how Ali stayed positive throughout the entire interaction, ensuring that the customer was heard while also keeping the store environment peaceful.
It was clear that Ali genuinely cares about providing excellent service, even in tough situations. His ability to stay patient and composed under pressure speaks volumes about his character and professionalism. I was so impressed by his handling of a challenging situation, and I’ll definitely be returning to this Boost Mobile location because of the exceptional service I saw today.

I recently visited a Boost Mobile store for the first time, and I have to say, it was an unexpectedly smooth experience. Walking into the store, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was ready to assist me with any questions I had. The store layout was clean and organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for.
I was there to inquire about switching my phone service, and the representative took the time to explain the different plans and coverage options, making sure to explain everything in simple terms. I appreciated that there was no pressure to choose immediately; they gave me all the details, including the pros and cons of each plan, which really helped me make an informed decision.
The process of switching my number over was quick and seamless. I didn’t have to deal with any long wait times, and the representative set everything up for me, even transferring my contacts and ensuring my phone worked perfectly before I left.

I just waited an hour and fourty minutes for absolutely nothing. In my time sitting there the gentleman working did not know anything. He was on the phone with another worker trying to get through setting up a phone plan for a customer. While he was having issues setting up that customers phone a woman came up with issues of the previous set up they did and non of her calls or texts came through. I would not go to this boost for any of your needs it's faster to just drive to alvin and back which is what I ended up doing only 10 min. To buy and hook up new phone.
Update if I could give less than 1 star I would... I don't know how we weren't respectful in there we quietly waited watching as the person working had no clue what he was doing, he would not Answer any question The customer had just stared at him with a blank stair, after waiting for an hour and 20 min a lady came in mad because he didn't connect her phone up all the way. We asked him how longer it would be he's took a min to reply then said an hour! Then you looked up my info and called my husband (harassment) about my review 🙄. I was respectful to customers but they definitely complained to all of us about their situation. Your reply also showed how unprofessional you are. Maybe train your employees 🤔
