BEWARE DO NOT TAKE CLOTHES HERE THEY WILL SHRINK IT !! I have been a customer for 27 years and I recently took my husbands Hermes shirt in April. My husband wore it recently and it shrunk after I took it to the dry cleaner !! I was so upset I called to speak with the owner. I have never had such a rude experience with the owner of a company. He had the audacity to state that it was not their fault and no matter what I told him he didn't care. He was yelling at me over the phone and stating that no matter who called him even "God" he would not be able to help me. I have never had an experience like this before and for a manager to speak the way he did I was baffled. He is a poor excuse for a manager and he just lost his customer and my whole family who used to go over there. BONDED CLEANERS is not what it used to be since this owner took over. They have lost my clothes and now shrunk it. I will not be returning and if you have designer items do not take it here they have no idea how to handle expensive clothes. Please save your clothes and your sanity and take your clothes elsewhere. Dealing with that owner is not worth it. They are the definition of horrible customer service! They don't even deserve one star rating.

Bonded Cleaners was recommended by a friend. I brought in 22 button up shirts for dry cleaning that cost $74, that was with a $5 discount. That's $3.36 each, with the discount - Super expensive. When I got my 'cleaned' shirts home, 1/3 of the shirts smelled strongly like chemicals. I'll never go back.

I brought my boyfriends shorts in after they had gotten a small rip in them. I had been to bonded cleaners before & they were able to fix a pair of jeans that had a rip in them (but those also came apart shortly after). I figured I would give them another try. I knew that there wasn't a lot of hope for the shorts since the material is really different. I was warned that you would be able to see the stitching but I just didn't think it would look like this. I was really disappointed too that the safety pins that were used to hang the shorts on a hanger had left holes all around the waist line. That was really disappointing because I definitely didn't pay to have extra holes put in the shorts. I do appreciate that the thread color is the same as the shorts so you can't really tell that there's work on it from far away. I was just in such shock when I saw this work and everyone that I showed it to was just as shocked because of how it looks. I'm totally trying to be understandable that this was like the only option to make this work but it just really doesn't look good

Soon as I walked in, I was very impressed with the Ambience first. Store is very clean and Christina, store manager is very kind with professional manner. I took few suits and buttons were loose, she offered to sewing the buttons without charge. Overall service was exceed my expectation and I am so pleased to find great cleaner.

I have been going to Bonded Cleaners since 1987 at their previous location on Valley View. Always excellent service, prices, and friendly employees. Highly recommended.

Moved to Cypress recently, used this place couple times. On my 4th visit they missed number of items, I had to 'argue' to find my clothes. store didn't admit that they lost my items. However, they did found my items, but I didn't hear apology from the owner/employee. not going back for sure. make sure you count your items before stepping out from the store. good luck
