It is definitely worth the extra effort to find this gem of a shop and to deal with Chris, who has many years of experience in his craft and is an old school expert who can be trusted5. You will also find he is very honest, friendly and does outstanding high quality work.If you prefer being corralled into the flashy big corporate shops with all the sheeple by the insurance companies with long lines and process clerks following a script where it is not even possible ust consulting directly with the talent at the shop who will be working on your vehicle. In these type places you either take it or leave it, can't negotiate, can't expect any special effort to reduce your expense where possible or take a certain approach like repairs rather than part replacement when possible etc. I have personally experienced the friendly professional service, flexible approach to getting the job done right the first time in a timely manner , the way you want it and an ability to deal directly with one person, rather than being passed from one clerk for this and another for that. You should give Chris a try I am sure you will be happy you did.
