Recently purchased a iPhone through this location. Ran into some issues with getting the device activated. If you haven’t purchased a phone from an indirect buyer before, I don’t suggest doing it - especially at this location.Mobile department is sorely understaffed or horribly mismanaged. When we returned for some assistance post-purchase it was practically a ghost town. All the staff was either allowed to take lunch together or there was no one to cover the single associate that helped us.Was not able to assist with any of the device issues my carrier said they were directly at fault for not setting up properly. Was left stranded with a device that could not call or receive text for NINE DAYS while we worked it out. Device was ruled non-defective regardless of not being able to function as a phone so we could either return the phone and be phone-less or exchange for a new phone AND POSSIBLY NOT HAVE OUR PROMOTION HONORED AND OUT MORE MONEY.Either way we were out more money for a working device.

When in a bind, Best Buy is still my go to for fast solutions. Just so happens I was in town but needed a power cord for my Surface laptop.I visited just not too long after the store opened, so there was no traffic. I knew what I wanted but struggled to find it. There is nothing worse than making eye contact with a sales rep, who then pretends to not see you. It's also not good to see multiple customers searching for someone to assist them.The only saving grace was the young lady who worked in the specific area. She asked the rigjht questions, found what I needed, and confirmed the price before I walked away.And I understand not having multiple registers open, but someone should know to move the line along. And definitely put folks there who want to be there.

My and my partner experience at this location was very helpful Michael the Hisense representative was super helpful and knowledgeable about TV's.Micheal took the time to explain the the differences between the OLED and qled,4k vs UHD ALSO took the time to go ever the features on the TV. which was very time consuming but he did it with such great customer service. Also showing us which TVs are better for gaming and going over the Hertz. I'm probably missing more stuff he mentioned but he sold us on Two Hisense tvs 75 and a 55 inch. Overall Great location upon arrival got greeted by the staff. We will be back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MICHEAL,YOUR HARD WORK DIDN'T GO UNRECOGNIZED.

Amazing service. Thanks needed a Dyson Pet Pro 3 ball vacuum that was stored up top in inventory. Within 5 minutes I had paid and was gone. Fantastic customer service!
