Absolutely wonderful experience with my wedding dress purchase. I was pressed for time and the owner was diligent about getting things done. I brought my flower girl back and once again the owner made everything go smoothly in a very short amount of time.

I was very disappointed with the service provided by this bridal shop. I ordered a dress from the owner and she said she would call me when it came in. She said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I had to pay half down when I ordered the dress. She never called me to tell me my dress arrived. I called her after three weeks and She didn't seem to remember who I was. I went to the shop to find out what happened, and she had my dress on display in her shop on a mannequin. When I asked her why my dress was on display, she said that she put it there while she waited for me to pick it up. I needed the dress ASAP so I paid the other half of the cost and said I wanted to take it. Instead of putting it in a garment bag she covered it in a green trash bag. This was a very disappointing experience for me.

I highly recommend them! She was extremely helpful! She made the experience so easy and special! I had a short time to get everything together and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!!

Sad to see that this place is closing for good soon! Over my four years in high school, I got 6 dresses from here. Good local business! From the outside, it doesn't look like they have much inventory but their inventory is incredible!! Argue-ably, nicer inventory than some of your department stores.

Excellent service! Came in looking for a veil and a bouquet for my wedding and had exactly what I was looking for veil wise..She didn't have a bouquet I was looking for but I told her what I wanted and made one just for me in a few days along with a pin for my fiance. Loved her energy and her passion she has..truly enjoys what she does. Would definitely recommend Beautiful Bride to anyone looking to get any wedding stuff! If I could upload a pic of my bouquet to show off her work..i would!

I brought my wedding dress to Beautiful Bride for alterations. She did an incredible job! Very professional, fast, and high quality work for a reasonable price. I would recommend this store to anyone needing alterations.

This lady is so rude and sarcastic. My fiance at the time needed a tux for our wedding. We tried the big chain stores and he didn't seem to like anything. So I used trusty ol Yelp and found this place. We get there and she measures him. She begins to comment on how big he and that she would order him a bigger size. So we figured, fine this lady knows what she's doing. As were there I noticed she does alterations on bridal gowns so I tell her I would bring mine the next day. I come the next day nervous, because I know I had been stress eating and of course my dress didnt clothes. A brides worse nightmare! So again, she makes comments like she would have to do a miracle and for me to go home to pray and exercise and to stop eating. She then started telling me that I should have been on a diet prior. I'm not sure where she thought they was okay, but it's not. The day of my wedding my dress ended up fitting me way too loose because of all the stress the 2 days prior. Needless to say I would never go back. She is very rude and unprofessional.

Carmen was wonderful to work with. She initially quoted me a turnaround time of about 5 weeks to remove a train and add a modesty panel on my BHLDN dress but completed the work in less than two weeks! One of my bridesmaids also had her dress altered (in less than a week) and was super happy with the results. I will absolutely come here again for any sort of occasion dress needs/alterations.

Carmen is great! I needed my bridesmaid dress altered. The bodice had beading and needed to be taken in & straps shortened a bit. The bottom needed to be shortened quite a bit. I thought itd take a couple of weeks, to my surprise, it was ready in 2 days! Im happy with her work. And she is so sweet!
