“Friendly, quick diagnosis of my brake problems. Gave me a clear estimate and thoroughly explained the process and the parts needed. It's never fun to spend money on car repairs, but I don't feel like I got burned or pressured into unnecessary repairs. Expected to get my car back tomorrow or something but was told they'd have it ready this afternoon. They also discovered a broken tie rod which they replaced for only the cost of the part ($15). I'd come back if we needed more repairs.”

“I drive a 1976 Chevy pickup and failed to properly put on new valve cover gaskets at home. I was able to get an appointment for service with these guys within a week (you know it's good service when you have to get in line). While the repair took about a day and a half, I no longer have an oil leak! If you don't want rushed service and want you car fixed right the first time, this is the place to go! The repair was affordable and there was no upsell. I appreciate everything, fellas!”

“I have used this shop several times and they have always been extremely honest and priced well. They recently spent a day investigating why my truck would not start. They eventually found where there was an electrical fire and most likely fried all of the electronics. Due to the damage caused, the truck had to be towed to the dealer for possible insurance claim. Since they were not able to complete the work, they did not even charge a fee for their days worth of time. Any other shop would have. Can't say enough how much I appreciate their help in this situation.”

“Before going to Cruz-N-Cars, I went to 3 other places and they all tried to rip me off. The previous shop (Ensenada Car Service) recommended me to completely replace the front and rear "ball joints" on my car which would cost almost $1,000. All I needed was an alignment because I changed my tires.
The guy at Cruz-N-Cars (Bryant) was so wonderful, he took me under my car and showed me that there was nothing wrong with my car's ball joints.
I got the alignment and oil change done for $150 and had wonderful and fair customer service - thanks Bryant, you deserve a raise! hahahahha
Now I don't have to go to the dealership anymore and I will always recommend Cruz-N-Cars!

They did not try to add anything extra just performed the job I requested for them to repair. I am very pleased with the work. Patty worked with me on scheduling a time for repair and made sure the job was taken care of for me. Very competent all around from front desk to the work performed on my CRV.”

No hesitation no stumbling around words no gimmicks or tricks he got it done I walked out with a 2019 vehicle low mileage under my name. After coming up empty with the first two places I tried, third time was the charm. Condor Auto Care Center offered me a fair price and they got the work done quickly. The person I interacted with there was pleasant and friendly. All in all, while car troubles are never a fun experience, this went about as well as it could.”
