If I could give 0 stars I would. Seemed very helpful at first but this store has very dishonest workers. I was trying to trade my phone into upgrade and change my number and all they were worried about was a check. Jeremy with the “blue eyes” was not upfront about all the additional charges even specifically after I asked ab them. He added a extra line extra insurance. Told me my phone was worth way more than was it was for its trade in value and about the actual cost of my bill. Do not recommend!

I visited the store on 288/business center dr in Pearland yesterday. The young man that helped me was very professional, very knowledgeable and made our visit pleasurable. We bought an iPhone 15 and and 2 watches with such ease, thanks to your employee, who answered every question with confidence. Usually at phone stores I always have to wait for someone to give me answers and they have to ask other employees. You're very lucky to have such a knowledgeable employee who also exhibits such professionalism. I hope you tell him how much we appreciated his customer service.

Please beware of very dishonest staff in that store. If you need to upgrade your phone or add any service, I recommend to go to another store. We went to this one due to my sons broken phone. They suggested instead of fixing it to upgrade it with the Smartphone trade in promo and we wouldn't pay any extra. My son would get a new phone and we extend our commitment. We trusted them and went ahead. A couple weeks later we were charged 1,500 Dollar. We found out the store added another line which was then cancelled after we traded the old phone in. We never asked them to add a line. After hours of phone calls with the store and AT&T, they finally credited back. However, they also added the line back on the bill for the phone we no longer have and charge 70.00 Dollar monthly now. It's been a nightmare with them.

Jeremy was outstanding! He helped these old timers not only set up new phones, but watches as well. He was very kind, extremely patient, and so personable! He made what would have been a stressful day for us, enjoyable!
