I come into the store and ask if someone can help me with paint. I thought I was lucky when the manager showed up. I showed him of flat white Benjanin Moore. So naturally he tried to sell me another brand of course. I asked again for flat mat . So he naturally tried to sell me eggshell. I told him I want white. So he naturally told me eggshell is just the style. Then he tried to sell me a primer I didn't want. Then I asked if I get a discount with an llc? He said yes. Well naturally I had to ask well how much is that discount? Guess what? Naturally I left the store after trying to be sold everything else besides the mat white paint which I noticed and had to bring to his attention was out of shock. I drove from the heights with every intention to buy 15 callous of paint amounting to at lease $700. I will never come back. Naturally...

For hardware items, this is your store to go to. They carry items sometimes you can't find at other big box hardware stores. The prices may a little cheaper too. I love the idea they also have a US Post office in the back of the store-so convenient than going to a regular US Postal office.

I normally go Ace in Pearland to get my gardening supplies (fertilizers and whatnot,) and today's trip was to grab a couple of bags of Micro Life. They always have friendly staff that offer to help while you shop. Today was no different.I grabbed a cart and headed over to scoop up a couple of 40lb bags of fertilizer. I had just thrown the second bag on my cart when a friendly voice asked if I need any help with my purchase today. I jokingly told him he could help load it into my car and without hesitation he said that he would if I needed the help. I kindly told him no, but then asked him if he had any mulch. He told me about the different products that they had in stock and we agreed that the hard wood mulch was what I needed.He walked me over to the register and checked me out himself, then told me to meet him over by the mulch with my vehicle to load me up. I drove over and he helped load my vehicle and did it with a smile. He shook my hand and left a great impression.Turns out that John is the general manager of this location and he was as kind and friendly as he could be. I was really taken back at what great customer service he provided to me and it reaffirmed my desire to shop at this location. I will for sure be coming back, even-though I live in Manvel and have to go out of my way. Customer service is really important and this place has got it.

Everyone there was very friendly. The questions I had they gave me the answers so I would be purchasing the right product. Very knowledgeable workers and great service.
