I rented a space to store my RV for more than 10 years. The storage was always clean and secure. I never had an issue. The “icing on the cake “ was Sheila who was always looking out for me. She would notice that my unit was gone for a couple of weeks and call to make sure that everything was okay. I felt like she went above and beyond. The kind of service that you sadly don’t often see these days. Definitely recommend

Renting a unit for a move was simple and easy, I never had issues with access, and the facilities were always clean and secure. Service was prompt and friendly when needed.

This is my second go around using Royal Storage in Pattison. This time I've been in there several years. I never have to worry about my belongings. They have good security. They are also extremely clean I've never had no problems with any bugs or mice. But most of all Miss Sheila always so kind, courteous and professional and that right there itself goes along ways in my books. You will always have my business. Thank you
