We had an issue with AC: after two years an unpleasant smell started to come out of the vents while the system was on. The mold growth was discovered on the insulation inside the plenum. Lennar helped us to replace that part of HVAC plenum. The smell didn't go away completely. I thought that the mold has started to grow in different parts of the HVAC plenum than were not replaced. Lennar came over again and opened the unit. They helped us with cleaning of the coil box from the mold. Seems like a nice new community but still being built and will not be ready until the end of this year. A lot of lakes if you like water front property. Also priced pretty high for a pretty blah home, interior is all white, no grays or other colors. No choices when building the home even though they are still under construction.

I haven't purchased a Lennar home at Jordan Ranch yet.. my 5 star review is completely based on my experience with the Lennar Representative at Jordan Ranch, Stephen Reamer. He has been awesome!! Extremely helpful with such a pleasant personality. Looking forward to working with him on a new home.

Lennar is a very good builder that offers some very popular plans and one good thing about them is that all the upgrades are built into their base prices.Jordan Ranch is a master planned community, west of Houston near Katy, Fulshear, Brookshire that offer many great amenities.As a realtor in the Houston area, I'm always proud to bring my clients at a Lennar home and community!

Our home buying process with Lennar at Jordan Ranch was way beyond our expectations. Our selling agent was Stephen Reamer, I have to say that his level of service was top of the line, since day one he was there for us, for the most minimal question we had an answer quickly and he helped us in everything all the way to the end. Buying with Lennar was the best decision we have ever made!!!

I stopped by this weekend to view a Lennar home, not only was the inventory home nice and clean, but it also smelled great! The homes are priced well and the staff is very friendly! They have two homes for two different sections. 45ft and 70ft both are very nice homes! If you're ever in Jordan Ranch, make sure you stop by the Lennar Model.
