“Hi…I normally don’t leave reviews on my personal experience about businesses, however I told the guys that I would. As a man of my word, I’d say that my experience with the store and its employees as well as their product was an overall positive experience. Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable. Juan, the owner/manager and I chopped it up for about an hour after my purchase, just about both our experiences in the Army. The capability to relate to as humans from different cultures and backgrounds yet with a commonality in certain areas of our lives made the purchasing experience even better. I walked out with a smile and satisfaction that it was the best store to buy my clothing from. I’ll definitely shop there again in the future although I’m from southwest Louisiana. It’s worth the drive to Pasadena.”

“Great shopping experience today. I went to the Fairmont Parkway Lane Bryant location to use some Lane cash that is expiring tomorrow. All of the sales associates were friendly and helpful. I have to give kudos to Shay. She normally works at another location but happened to be here today. She was super helpful - getting things down for me, finding my size and helping me search and find a particular kind of top I needed to coordinate with a previous purchase. I got 2 great blouses and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were both on clearance. So I didn't get to use my Lane cash but that just means I " have" to go shopping again tomorrow before it expires. Yay!”
“Lady who answered the phone... rude and dismissive. Guy who was there when we showed up... clueless but courteous. He was from another location. Gentleman couldn't work the computer to save his life, but he was very nice and attentive during the photo shoot. Very entertaining. He made the experience very nice. The missing star was for the rude and dismissive rep who answered the phone. Other than that, pictures were nice..... but overpriced. We just bought the digital package $129.99 with a "coupon" (originally $169.99).... only to see it sold on their website for $99. Walmart prints are said to be better quality and definitely more affordable. I have confirmed this.”
