I came with my brother a few weeks ago to open an account for him. But I only had a passport and proof of address with me. One of the workers told me they couldn't accept the passport in person but that he should apply online. I went and applied online only for the website to tell me passports and any form of ID is accepted to open an account in person. Felt like a waste of time.

Just started this account and already fed up with the service .
Closed all weekend. , a freaking money order took 3 days to go through. I hate that I made my direct deposit for work go through this bank. Smh

I stopped banking at Bank of America due to long lines. Wells Fargo was okay until they closed the Fairmont branch. Now I will take all my business to Shell Federal Credit Union. They still value my time. Not just their greedy pockets.

I should have read these Yelp reviews before I visited. Walked in this morning to open a new account. Waited for 10 minutes and a woman helped me and told me that they only have, "two bankers today and a couple of appointments but if one of them doesn't show up they'd help me open a new account, is that ok?" It was annoying that I needed an appointment to become a new customer but for some reason it just struck me the wrong way when she asked me if that was "ok". I said, "do I have a choice?" Her reply was "your choice" and walked away. At that moment it occurred to me that indeed it was my choice, and my choice was to give my money to a bank that values my business enough to figure out a way to capture a new customer by thinking outside of the box and not just expecting your customers to do to suit you. Good luck Wells Fargo, you'll need it.

Require an appointment? Huh? I went to another Wells Fargo place… wow they already set it immediately 5 min. They saved my life. So I will not go to that place again.

I love coming here! Everyone has great customer service and Dalia and all the staff that's there are super sweet even the manager! Best Wells Fargo I've been too!
