It makes me anxious just thinking that I have to stand in line to deposit or pay my bills. Terrible service with a teller. Better close this bank so we don't continue wasting so much waiting time.

Customer service sucks here… I just left the bank after speaking with a customer service agent i will be closing my account here i don’t want to have to speak with someone that unprofessional here ever again. there are better customers service providers in other banks way more professional and with much better attitudes. Could’ve probably gotten more help from another customer service agent unfortunately she was the only one here. Don’t come to this bank for help go to another Wells Fargo…

Poor management. Long line!! I understand that everyone has their own personal role in the business. But customer service should be 1st. This is the only location "close" to home, and when you get in here its always a long waiting. Even if you guys are understaffed, you bankers sitting in a desk should jump in and be tellers when need to. Just my honest opinion. You can't even express yourself towards the long wait, without getting a bad attitude back from the staff.

Of course all the reviews are true. This is the WORST location i have been to. The wait time is horrible they have no employees. Drive thru had 8 cars and only ONE lady doing transactions. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. It needs to close if they do not want to hire people.

The absolute worst Wells Fargo I have ever been too! So slow! One tell working in the lobby and 12 people waiting! Totally ridiculous! Will never be back! All the ladies including the manager acted like there wasn’t a line out the door!

Terrible customer service. All I wanted to do is add someone to my account and I brought everything that the online customer service rep told me I needed. I made an appointment and we showed up only to be told it couldn't be done. Seriously considering shopping for a new bank. Everytime I ever come here for any kind of service, I end up angry and disappointed.

There has been a couple times I have came in here and there is only one teller. Which causes you to spend 20-30 minutes to do one single transaction.

Always just 2 tellers inside , 5/6 customers in line waiting. Looking forward to moving to FROST BANK.Done with piss poor service.

I've been a customer for over 30 years with this bank. I went to this location to conducted a transaction that only could be completed at this location. I drove approximately 20 miles with another person that travel so much further for this purpose. To my surprise, the young lady greeted me then notified me that she could not assist me because I did not have an appointment. She told me that I could wait if I wanted too but she could not make any promises. She was the only banker working. I explained my distance situation but that did not matter.We only needed to update a form. What happened to multi-tasking or going that extra mile? We were the only ones waiting in the lobby during this time period.I waited for a little while then I began to ask more probing questions of her. I determined that a new person would be starting next week so appointments would no longer be required starting next week. Wells Fargo should have bought in another person to assist customers. We left without being assisted. We wasted our time, effort and gas. This experience was very frustrating. The banker seemed unconcerned and uncaring.
