No wonder why this location got a very low rating..I will never come back to this location.tenet guy Jaime got no enthusiasm to deal with customers he was very rude and not helpful at all.this kind of personality should not work anyway near customer service..obviously not happy with his job

Horrible service, I walked in scanned the QR code that is posted to join wait list and received a text that I was first on the list. Waited 30 minutes later and a teller came out to ask who was next? Why are you asking if you use the wrong code then text your next customer. I let the man that was here before me go and then she asked again who's next so I got up, she sat me at her desk then went back to help 3 other people while I waited. Then she tells me she can't give a temp debt card until mine is mailed out. What? She said since Covid it's now policy. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. So I get back in line to withdraw cash and use the damn pen that is chained to desk that everyone uses along with the keypad everyone touches to ask for cash everyone touches. STUPID! I explain my problem again only to hear " would you like for me to submit a complaint" For what? To wait 10 days for a response still without a temporary! Wells Fargo I have been with your sorry ass for 20 plus years and I will be changing. Tell your so called manager of this branch that I see why customer service sucks, when I asked for the manager she just said he is sitting tonight there. Yes he was sitting without customer without a care in the world. It is very sad to see what we have running these places we put so much trust into, he had multiple chances to come over and ask if he could help diffuse the situation but did nothing. 1 star is too many to give but it makes us rate them, my real rating is 0 stars, close this branch down.

I'm a longtime WF customer. I went to make a large withdrawal so I parked in the front and walked to the front door. The teller is there, holding the door for a lady who is walking out. She looks at me and says, "Sorry, we're closed." I looked at the time...it was 12:01pm. I'm sure the founder Henry Wells is turning in his grave. Where is the customer service? Here's my recommendation: Open minutes early and close 5 minutes late. And a friendly reminder, we the customers are the reason you have a job.

Although I knew Wells Fargo had recently been ordered to pay $3.7 billion in penalties and victim compensation for alleged illegal practices that caused thousands of its customers to lose their homes and vehicles, I went there to ask what was needed to make a deposit on behalf of my wife. It is the last time I set foot at any Wells Fargo. I left with an eerily feeling. Why did she open an account there is anybody's guess.

Terrible service when looking for change for my job and leaving deposits, 1/13/2024 I was helped by a lady with curly hair, her name is Ninoshka, sarcastically telling me it had to be you, it's not my fault that in the area where the deposits are placed deposits have broken a key and have not repaired it separately, if you don't like your job, simply don't attend.

Every time I call the branch they never seem to answer. Either they don't want to answer or they don't have enough staff to answer. The other day I went to deposit my check at the South more in Pasadena, TX and there were 3 ppl in the service window. One being trained and a manager. So customer wanted to see someone to open an account at the lobby and there was no one there to help them out. So there were told to come back another day. Its so frustrating when you need them and yet they have no idea you are driving away potential clients. BTW - there was at least 25 customers inside the lobby waiting for a long time. gt

Terrible service! I went 11:00 am today August 18, a large lady comes out and informs me that she CANNOT ATTEND because she had to go to lunch!!! I wanted to open a New Account and they denied me the service!! That they could serve me until 3 in the afternoon!!! Do they prefer to go to lunch at 11 am and take 4 hours to serve me???? What's wrong with them!! If this is how it is to open an account, I can't imagine the rest of the requests!!! I'll go to another bank ?

If I could give this place zero stars I would because every time I come here no matter the time of day and no matter how many people are standing behind the counter doing nothing. They work as slow as they can and the other employees pretend your are not there. Definitely going to have to start going to another location.

Terrible service. The girls that work there are super rude. I try to avoid this branch like the plague. Do not go there on a Saturday after 10am. You will be there forever. PLEASE AVOID, drive a little further to a different branch, it will be well worth it.
