My clothes were in the washer when the power went out. I came here to wash my clothes and so far I’m happy. I got a massage from the chair, they offer hair cuts, wash and fold service and there’s games. The washers are huge and the atmosphere is calm. That’s a plus for me.

I had a very negative experience at this Wash. I parked in front of this location and the owner acted very rude towards me. There are currently no signs in from of this Wash that explicitly states the parking is reserved for them. I advise for them to add signage for reserved parking for this business. Unacceptable behavior on the owners behalf. I will add that the entire parking space at this location was full.

I had a very negative experience at this Wash. I parked in front of this Wash trying to get to another business that was right next door. This specific Wash does NOT have any signage in front of its location that they have reserved parking. The owner was very rude and it was not acceptable to be treated in the manner that he treated me. I will add there was absolutely no parking availble in this entire shopping center and this is why I parked in this specific spot. Unacceptable behavior. I have never been treated like this in the Pasadena area.
