Each time I called a pharmacist hung up on me while I was speaking and it wasn’t a call drop. The pharmacists I’ve spoken to were not helpful and they were not nice. I understand there’s little they can do in regards to medication especially when there’s shortages but they were rude for no reason. This people working here are mean:/

At this pharmacy, customers are nothing but a number and mathematical equation. No real personal interactions. One has to wait until completely out of a prescription to refill. They have no sense of my time and situation. Long lines every time inside and drive through.

One of all Walgreens to be the worst at photo processing. They never have machines that work, and they are full of excuses. Terrible customer service and terrible business practices. Your better off creating and printing your photos and cards at home. All of the locations have gone way down the drain.

Both pharmacy techs with heavy make up and bad blonde dye jobs (one is about 60 and the other 30) are extremely rude. If you hate your job please don't take it out on customers. I get it, but still...

The pharmacy can’t get it together. Called about COVID testing and the person I spoke with said I could go in till 10 pm as walk-in for COVID testing. I expressly asked about testing not a vaccine. When I made it there they said that there was no one there by the name of the person that says I could go in to do it’s and that they didn’t take walk ins after 5:30…woulda been nice to know before I waited in line forever. So I returned today only to be told then just do it by appointment, not earlier than 5:30, not we apologize for all the confusion and let us fix it since you’ve come here twice in two days cause we are incompetent, but “Try somewhere different from Walgreens.” Maybe I am old school but it seems like customer service has deteriorated a lot at most places.

The phone is rarely answered by staff, hold times run into two hours for 3 ppl waiting, there is a second party answering at times that keeps you on hold forever, only to relay the calls and again be put on hold. That rarely gets you a call back or a pharmacist on the phone. The young dark curly headed girl tending to the register is slower than Christmas coming in January! OMG!! Not in a hurry bout Nothing!! 45-1hr to wait on one person. When I arrived after 2-3 texts my meds were ready, I waited and waited. I left 50min later the second person was still in line. ? NO 2 WORDS FOR HORRIBLE!! I saw at least 6staff members behind the counter plus one in Health part, prob for vaccines, flu etc. Absolutely shameful!! I'm waiting 1-55 min on phone now, still waiting on them to wait on third person. So they've only taken care of two ppl so far in near two hours. Geez.. Management over this store needs to be evaluated! How do you NOT see this problem? They're not overseeing these issues in a timely more professional manner. Horrible Customer service!! Also, are the techs working the register, the same ones handing you your meds, OTC purchases, etc., same ppl tending to vaccines, testing etc? NOT GOOD PEOPLE!! ?

The pharmacy staff needs to be trained better.My son has Covid and was at the ER overnight for low oxygen. It had been a rough night I had to fax the prescription so I chose this 24 hour pharmacy. They wanted to charge me $100 for 3 medications I know for a fact my insurance would cover. Being desperate I wanted them for my son asap, they wouldn't even have the order ready until another pharmacy that I know would never charge these outrages prices would open. So I called to cancel and I was told just don't pick them and have the other Pharamcy call it in for the transfer. Sooo the other pharmacy had attempted to get them to answer and they had not. So I call Walgreens attempting to get them to contact my other Pharmacy and they said no. Kroger pharmacy had to call them mind you this mess has gone on for hours. I call both back and forth it took me about 5 minutes to even get ahold of a pharmacist here at Walgreens. So I just asked if they can please call Kroger so the transfer to go through. She flat out said no. Yes I got very aggravated and started telling her if she'd like I would come up there myself who is now possibly Covid positive and deal with this situation myself to get the calls pushed since they are claiming they are doing their job.I was told "everyone is getting Covid not just you"This is a child's medications we are talking about.I'm not sure what the big deal was to call Kroger Pharmacy to get the transfer done.She even hung up on me. I'm not even sure who this was because I was bounced around.So when I do show up THEN they ask for Krogers phone number and the transfer I asked for hours prior finally was being processed. SURE enough my insurance covered the medications.I try to be patient of healthcare employees because they are stretched thin with this pandemic but then please don't work in health care if your are not compassionate.

Omg, I go in for a passport picture. And, the white pull out screen is broken. It's like I can get one ordered and delivered the next day with Amazon! Wtf. I go to the Walgreens on Southmore and their camera is broke seriously WTF! Losers

The store itself is ok. The pharmacy is a Joke. I've given them so many chances because they used to be good and timely but they do not care about customers and haven't for years, pre-Covid so that's not an excuse for them. I was lied to twice about when my prescription would be ready, they don't even apologize for lying. A prescription they said would be ready in 30 minutes took 2 hours. I never get a phone call when my prescription is ready despite verifying my information multiple times. No accountability from pharmacy staff ever.

My son went to purchase his needles for his Insulin, they tried to charge $64.00, Sams charges $5.00, Amazon $ 8.00, do we see how they are ripping of customers, this Is something he has to have, how dare they take advantage of people, I almost never go there, now I will go less If at all.

Online orders are always delayed and they don’t substitute properly because the leaders at that store fail to train their employees. They are lazy to look for the items I went up there because they cancel some of my items and they told me they where out stock and there was items fully stock. Advice me that once online order is completed they are unable to fix it. When you go to pick up there no one ever there and then you go to the cashier and there like you have to go to photos to pick online no duh but to who we speak too. Customer service cleanliness and overall attitude sucks at this location

They take forever to pick up a phone call and them he put you on hold and hang up and to top it off they take for ever to give you a prescription. The worst!!!!
