Absolutely terrible line waiting experience in the pharmacy drive through. I waited 45-ish minutes and I still did not get what I needed. Don't know what they are doing in there, but it's definitely not something worth 45 minutes of time spent.

Any other day I would have given them a five star review. The location is convenient to my house and staff is pretty friendly. However I had to get meds at this location and first they didn't have it in stock. I get it sometimes that happens the medication is an antidepressant which I have been battling for awhile. So I waited patiently till the day it was supposed to be in and I called in the morning. The tech on the other line snapped at me and in a disgusted voice look we won't have that till after 2 I told you this last week. I said oh ok well I just wanted to and check because sometimes y'all get finished earlier. She then said your just going to have to wait. I then hung up the phone and cried I felt so lost without this med and now she is yelling at me because I'm just trying to feel better. My husband immediately called the store manager. He told he what happened and she said let me go look it up. Not even 15 mins later my medication was ready for pick up. I will be following up with the pharmacy manager. I could understand if I was constantly calling or not listening to the answer she gave but that was not the case. These are serious meds and she doesn't know how people will react to her rudeness. I just hope they don't let her continue on treating people this way.

I went in about 10:30am, and Joe greeted me with a smile, and a "welcome to WALGREENS". I had been in the day before, buying some school supplies, and Joe remembered me, he has great customer service skills!
