My wife and I have been going to this store for years to get supplements...However, the last months have been horrible as the front desk curly haired girl has the worst attitude possible.She does not makes us feel welcomed and is very rude. I thought she may have had been having a bad day, but this has been multiple occasions.Our last time there, there was an Spanish older couple talking in the back of the store and she told them to either check or to get out of the store.Not to mention, she did not get my $200 order i placed online correct...There were couple items incorrect, but I do not want to have any type of contact with her anymore.That was the last time we are purchasing at this location, and whatever that girl is going trough emotionally, she needs to leave at home as it seems like she hates her job.

Terrible customer service. My daughter and I entered and we were the only customers in the store. We proceeded to the back to find her vitamin but when we couldn't locate it, we went to the front counter for assistance. We waited for the associate to come to the front and when she finally did, she hopped on her phone and did not acknowledge us until I said something.

I love the selection and the prices,... there is a manager there by the name of Fran she is the absolute best and very helpful very nice and knowledgeable

I always come to this Vitamin Shoppe. Luis the general manager is always super helpful, each time I have questions about supplements he is always to give me an answer and explain the reasoning behind it. I powerlift so I was looking for supplements to help supports bones and joints and he recommended me a fish oil that has helped me ever since. Forget any other supplement company in the area, this is where I am going to always go.

Came through as I typically do to pick up my daily's for the day. The few times I do pick up something new for my essential supplemental use I always get great customer service an educated detailed information from Emily. She always brings great energy an willing to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service.

I went today after 5 years, the associate was very short communication wise. Asked what she could help with, I told her I was there for my online order. She placed it on the counter and turned back to use the computer. No thank you, no farewell, nothing.

I love shopping at this Vitamin Shoppe, I been coming here for two years and Luis the sales lead has always helped me with my gym supplements to my pregnancy prenatal vitamins. It's a great atmosphere when I see him when I come into the store because I know I'm going to be helped with honesty and new information. One of the best two employees including Fran!
