I loved the variety of machines, ive never seen any gym have this many different types. Its not as busy as regular gyms and I loved how easy the sign up fee was

We put the science back in strength. VFITX Athletics is the best 1-1 personal training studio hands down. We offer personal trining in a commercially equipped gym but privacy of a private studio. We have everything from dumbbells to stair-masters to Jacobs ladder. The way personal training should be. Memberships are limited but also available.
