Erica is very rude and unprofessional, over talking, not allowing an opportunity to speak or ask questions without being cut off. The rates are fair, but the customer service with Erica is very poor. It's sad when you are trying to conduct business, and the agent you have to deal with is rude, unprofessional, and abrasive. At the time I called, she said she was the only one working, so I will call back after 11, when someone else is hopefully there with a better attitude. If the calls are monitored, that phone call should be replayed and used as a coaching moment. 9/13 at 9:10am. Once I call back, I will update my experience because I have hopes that Erica is not the reflection of the company as a whole.

If I could give them no stars I would so glad we left that insurance company they are very rude and unhelpful would not recommend to anyone this place it terrible we were with them for 4 years
