No wait or appointment needed they saw me and it was sssooooo affordable . The DR was very nice and got a good membership program I couldn't believe !!!! I paid for iv drip infusions for $1500 at river oaks , with the member ship I only pay $100 per drip . I pay nothing with my HSA card great benefit and was even referred to Houston Methodist and UT specialists wow this is a hidden treasure for sure .

Wow I live less then 5 minutes from this place. I pass it all time and I'm curious about it. It looks sketchy from the outside. However, my son has been dealing with yuk snot and congestion. Kelsey Seybold is our to go Dr's but they are booked up. I took him and the Dr went straight to it. No messing around he was so fast and easy going and sweet. He sent my son home with steroids for a fast recovery antibiotics for infection and cough syrup. Woohoo now that's what I call service. We will definitely continue to go to him. The receptionist and a other lady that was there were very nice

They don't have basic hours you go in during business hours and the doc isn't even there. I've had to call everytime I go so I don't waste the time going there to be told to call first. I tried for 3 months to get blood work never could cause the doc was never in they turned me away 3 times and the third time told me they could get it scheduled but I had to pay up front and give them a couple days lol ..NEGATIVE! This most recent time I went to see him and last was for an ear infection that has gotten worse and needed stronger antibiotics so went back to see him . Because of all the drainage I've developed a slight cough he lied straight to my face and said I was required to take a covid test cause I have a cough I told him no I wasn't he ask "why not" cause he knows what it is and is just tryingbto make money forcing tests on folks! I kept telling him no and he wouldn't leave it alone so I told him no andbi was leaving if he wasn't going to help with my issue. He followed me out after i went off in him about pushing his bs covid agenda he followed me out the door saying never mind I didn't have to .. too late im done working around him ill just see a new doctor

They take lunch at random hours so they do not have set business hours. They take your blood and in order to get the results you already paid for They make you schedule another appointment. Waist of your time my husband has been trying to get his test results for over 2 weeks now.

Bad phone etiquette on receptionist part. 1st time caller, called to ask a question about treatments, placed me on hold and later hung up on me. Called back will not pick up phone. Terrible customer service bad 1st impression, if thats the way they treat you imagine the service you will receive in person.
