I wouldn’t put any stars at all , bad service they took my card info and they never delivered my flower arrangement for my nephews funeral when I called ahead of time and the guy on the phone had the audacity to say I never spoke to him on the phone . When they wrote down all my information I don’t recommend this place at all .

George came through like a champ on my order. I placed it soon after storms came through the area and power was lost at his shop. Called him up to see if he recieved it the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered and because of a power outage he had not. However, he got to working on it and within a few hours it was delivered when I needed it to be! Don't hesitate to use The Chocolate Rose as your flower shop!

This is not what I paid for, $130 whit delivery, roses are not fresh as they said they will deliver and the color wasn’t the right color. Very unprofessional. I am really absect about it, I am out of town but I will get at the shop as soon as I can to make a complaint in person. That’s not Iwhat I pay for?

I located the shop on line. The bouquets they offered were beautiful. Decided to go to the location and talk to George about Valentines Flowers and Wedding Anniversary both the same. George was informative with helping me choose. All I new was I wanted 36 Roses for 3 years. I decided on which one. George said he'd have them delivered by 10am at my wife's job. It's now 5 days later and the talk at my wife's office is still her rose's. My wife said she'd not seen such a beautiful display of rose's ever. I was trying to achieve making her happy. I know completely that I did by her words and her response.Thank You Chocolate Rose!

Excellent service..I ordered this for my wife a week before Valentines and she got it on Valentines day..The arrangement was perfect and she loved it.They answered the phone immediatley when i asked about the order and sent pics of the delivery..Great buisness!

One star because I was refunded the same day after I showed up at 9am (opening time) and the door was locked. Waited about ten minutes, called, nothing. Two guys showed up so I asked them about my order. They couldn’t find it. Said I placed it online Monday, and was picking it today (Friday). Gentleman said to wait about 15 minutes because she would get there. Don’t know who “she” is but she did arrive and I asked about my flowers. She said they weren’t ready and would be about 30 minutes. It was already 9:30 and the ceremony was at ten. She told the guy in Spanish that I didn’t specify a time for pickup. I showed them my emailed receipt that said “can I pick up as soon as y’all open.” She just said oh. I asked for a refund and I got the email after a couple of hours saying it was credited. Their flowers looked and smelled beautiful, but not having the flowers for my mom’s celebration of life ceremony made it a stressful morning.

Bad service, they did not send the flowers that I had ordered and all the flowers were wilted and the base did not stop as if they had done everything in a hurry and I went to place the order they gave me different prices, they are not professional or reliable and they wanted to overcharge me for changing the flowers and the man who answered was very rude. I won't go back there to buy flowers.
