AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING LOCATION!!!!The hell with 5 stars I give this location 10 stars. First time ever here and I must say my experience was great. Came by on 10/15/23 with the family to buy my son some boots and the service that I received from Jose was excellent. This young man is very respectful well mannered and very professional. He helped us out without any hesitation always had a smile on his face and we were just very pleased with his help. Texas Boot Ranch is an amazing store with a huge variety of nice boots and amazing affordable prices, and when I say affordable I mean affordable. I'm extremely happy we came across this Boot Ranch and I highly recommend it. You will find any type any color of boots belts and western hats and pants. They also offer boots for little kids so I recommend yall to swing by and give this location a try. Thank you Texas Boot Ranch #3 for providing us with great service great prices and a very clean and organized store. Thank you also for being so welcoming now in days you don't get that from young kids, buy you 3 where very welcoming.

Great selection of high quality, Mexican (not Chinese made) hand made boots. Most of the boots available were $100 or less. I drove almost an hour to specifically get my boots here on top of visiting from Missouri. I was not disappointed. The young man who assisted me in finding a pair was super helpful. This place is worth the drive from anywhere around the Houston Metro.

I went to the Pasadena Texas Boot Ranch Saturday to get my first pair of cowgirl boots!!! And I must say I got the absolute best customer service from a young man name Johvany..Due to foot surgery I had 2yrs ago,it’s hard shopping for shoes, but Johvany bought out over 5 or more boots out trying to help me find a pair that I could comfortably put my surgery foot in.. He was very patient with me and didn’t give up on helping me find the right pair, Anais came over to assist us and she even brought out several pairs as well..She found the right pair that I could comfortably fit my foot in..I was so grateful for the both of them, they really made my day..Johvany also helped me find the perfect belt!!! Thank y’all so much,can’t wait to come back!!

My husband went in to look for a belt and the young girls working there hardly looked up from their phones to answer his questions. Even though he found a belt he was looking for ...... I refused to give them our business based on the poor customer service.

The young ladies there are absolutely amazing they are so friendly and they tell you all about the boots but they don't try to force you to buy anything. They are just very helpful but they don't pressure you and I like that very very much! They are so wonderful

Everything is very low quality, like something you would find at the flea market for a quarter of the price. Then they do no returns even for things that are not worn and in the exact same way as when it was bought
