I had the worst service at this location. I ask for shoulder length cut with face framing. I walked away with ear length hair and choppy butchered hair. My beautiful hair is now damaged and horrible. I went back and had another stylist look at the damage and she couldn't fix it other customers in the salon saw my hair and agreed it is horrible even apologized to me for what was done to my hair. Was told to come back the next morning at 9am to see manager nikki. So I returned to the salon at 855am the next day. I called to make aure nikki was their before I walked in . Nikki got on the phone and explained to me she was not able to help me and I was told to make an appointment with her and she would feather out my hair to fix it none of that was told to me but ok. Then with attitude she continued to tell me i was a liar and that I can in with curly hair and that is why my hair ia the way it is. But in fact I went in with straight hair and .y hair is damaged and looks like this because the stylist Beny messed it up and didn't do what I ask and didn't know what she was doing. She litterally just went straight butcher on my beautiful hair. Please if you go to this salon do not let Beny touch your hair. And don't let nikki treat you like you are not a valued customer. I have contacted corporate hopefully this does not happen to anyone again. I will attach pictures of what i ask for and what i got my is ith my hair straight and one with my hair naturally fluffy.

Although I didn't have an appointment, I was seen quickly. The young woman did a really nice job on my 81 year-old hair. I will be returning when another haircut is needed.

This is a really good place!! I went earlier today and the girl who did my hair was super super nice!! I think her name was Amanda and I’m definitely gonna come back again :)) I asked for a wolf cut with curtain bangs btw ?
