Mind you this item failed the “Quality Control” department and never should have been shipped out as such but hey life get’s busy big orders probably on the daily and things happen. I get it. From the time I emailed my concern about an item in my order, to the time it was corrected and shipped back to me was literally less than a week. I was very impressed at the quick turn around Laura Flores handled my issue with. Great job guys!”
