Truck went in for warranty and the very next day it’s having random misfiring issues and is having trouble starting.. alternator starter and battery are good and it only started having issues after they had the car for a day.. I know they don’t like to warranty their cars although they offer it but I wouldn’t be surprised if they were petty enough to mess with the wiring.
I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt when I saw all the terrible reviews about them selling lemons but it makes sense why it was EXTREMELY EASY to purchase a car through them.. they don’t get enough clientele so they’re forced to let anyone and everyone be approved for a car..
I told them what was wrong with the car prior to purchasing it and asked them to fix it before I buy it.. claimed they fixed it but the same issue occurred right before the “2 month warranty” ran out & they still didn’t want to warranty it. That’s fine, got it fixed myself out of pocket but they let me know how little they care for their customers all they care about is the down payment and you better keep making those monthly payments or they’ll take their lemon back..
If they’ll approve ANYONE I mean ANYONE, it’s because they’re desperate for that downpayment money not because they genuinely want to help you get into a good vehicle.
If they actually cared they wouldn’t have dozens or terrible reviews about them selling terrible cars and being SHADY AF.
Come at your own risk, but you can only blame yourself if you still come here after reading all the bad reviews.

They repossessed my car bc they don't check they're email.. I was delivering a baby and they expected a call notifying them that I sent an email. Smh! Still made me pay repo fee even tho they had all the information they needed via email a week before repossession. Now i lost a day of work and the repo fee all for them not checking email! Extremely ridiculous!
