“Manager, Paul, opened up for me while store was closed. I really needed boots last minute once I received a new job. I am extremely pleased and appreciate his help. Will shop at Pasadena again .”

“I had an event that I needed to wear my Sunday best to, but I forgot I'd cleaned out all the shoes I hadn't worn in awhile and had nothing that matched my dress. I stopped by this store on the way in to Pasadena, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The employees were SO kind and helpful and they just fawned all over my son which was so great to see. They made us feel welcome, and the store was unbelievably neat and clean. Thanks for taking away even just that small amount of stress on the day of my grandmother's funeral.”
“Very busy before back to school time. Prices are okay, i guess comparable to other places. They do have a BOGO event, just make sure you are getting the correct shoes that qualify.”
“Shoe sales man was very helpful. And they actually had my size, but they only had 2 cashiers and both where tied up with some customers issues, waited In line for a long time. Management did not open another line and the store was very hot.”

“Great shopping experience today. I went to the Fairmont Parkway Lane Bryant location to use some Lane cash that is expiring tomorrow. All of the sales associates were friendly and helpful. I have to give kudos to Shay. She normally works at another location but happened to be here today. She was super helpful - getting things down for me, finding my size and helping me search and find a particular kind of top I needed to coordinate with a previous purchase. I got 2 great blouses and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were both on clearance. So I didn't get to use my Lane cash but that just means I " have" to go shopping again tomorrow before it expires. Yay!”

And truth be told all the girls were so kind and just always had a smile, I even cracked a joke with one of them and such great vibes in the store. “They didn't have my size in the shoe I wanted so the associate offered to order them for ome- I didn't know that was available to do. I was called within a few days to pick up my shoes (I chose the in store option). Now I have what I want. The lady who helped me was super nice.”
