Pumps are stopped at 12:30AM. This is the second time I’ve been by at night and pumps were stopped. Why? Please don’t advertise 24 hour service if there is no service to provide. Thanx.

I always want a receipt, but the pumps often are out of paper or printers not working. This causes me to have to lock my car and go inside for the receipt. This seems to be a problem at many of the stations.

Pumps never have paper to print receipt and have to go inside to cashier. Also no phone is answered , when seeking information if lost keys were found. Cashier wasn't busy, unless visiting with friend is considered TOO busy to answer phone.

the pump says prepay only and the store is locked with no one inside to run register or help or anything how inconvenient

It is a self service gas station, nothing fancy. The buttons on the pump were worn out and it took forever to get past the rewards and car wash screens. The car wash is pretty nice, and they actually had the window squeegees with solution available. That was nice ?

As a female law enforcement officer it is difficult to find a place to use the restroom during night shift. The restroom is an outside one so i was expecting the worst. The young lady Lucy was working and the entire store including the his/her restroom was super clean. She was friendly also. Thank you Lucy. You are awesome.

Needed to get air and gas, went in to get change for the air machine and the cashier said we couldn't get it unless we bought something. We were getting air at you gas station!!!!!So we left and we won't be going back again thanks

Keep an eye out for voided stickers on the gas pump. I told the clerk, and they said they knew. So they simply didn't do anything about it. They could've put a cover on the pump until the issue was fixed...

Every time I come here it is an issue and the manager is rude as can be. There is no V power and he refuses to put a sign up stating this so the customers are completely inconvenienced.

I never leave reviews. This is my very first one. I feel like I had to let this be known. A short brunette possibly hispanic woman with glasses COMPLETELY misinterpreted what I paid for. She was taking a phone call the entire time and she put the incorrect price and pump number for my gas. Not to mention she had a bit of a attitude.

I've been coming here for years, longer than some of the people have worked here. Mostly they are nice people but there is one here that has the absolute worst attitude. They do have the best price of gasoline in Pasadena, for Shell fuel so I'll still come here for that but I'll never go inside the store again.
