If you wanna throw money and time away come here, they seem to be ripping off the hispanic community charging for unnecessary test and not answering questions, also rude staff will hang up on you over phone, they'll schedule your at 9am and won't see you till 1pm and say they'll charge you a fee if you leave.

Doctors there are extremely kind and knowledgeable.. very unfortunate that the staff makes the clinic look bad.. called the clinic and I was simply questioning why they had all my incorrect information on file Eduardo started yelling at me and hung up on me.. Eduardo if you want to be spoken to kindly and with respect you have to treat people in such way.. especially because you work in customer service don’t forget that you have food on your table and a roof over your head because of paying patients like me and everyone else

Dr Garcia. is completely incompetent. He refused to meet with me or my sister to discuss my mother's disability documents. He and his staff have given us the run-arounds for 3 months while my Mom received no disability income due to his incompetence. His license should be revoked immediately and his office should be investigated. There's no telling how many people he's misdiagnosed or incorrectly file their records. THIS PLACE DESERVES 5?????

Please. I suggest to all the staff in Pasadena and South Houston that if you do not want to experience bad treatment by the staff of this Clinic, do not waste your time even calling because they treat you very badly from the moment you call.

Been going here for 4 years if you show up on time ushally get in on or before appointment and will fit you in if little late unlike old doctor and staff doctor Ronald w kill them and you never see the doctor only nurse practitioner from hell she acts like your not worthy of her time yells at you and lots poor treatment that won't happen with Dr abile García first time seen him told him all my health problems he ask if old doctor Ronald w kelom treated I sad no he just shok his head in disbelief promises to take care of me he has little slow depending on the treatment needed as you may have to go to a specialist he will refer you to Dr Garcia old fashioned doctor looking after patients not only there looking for money like other doctors in Houston ???? doctor Garcia chairs he will call your prescription into your pharmacy at end of the day sometimes give you a old fashioned prescription on paper you have to drop off at pharmacy that why 4 star and because if you leave messages for doctors staff ether don't give to him or he's bissy unlike old doctors office Ronald w kelom doctor Garcia staff always answers phone unless lunchtime or office closed ps has 3 benches outside to wate for rid of yess i recommend doctor able Garcia and this office exsept unighted health care community star plus unlike lots greedy heartless doctors in Houston ⚰️♥️ doctor abile Garcia has a heart go with him and this office

Dr. Abiel and his staff until now still treat me with respect and I thank Mr. Abiel. I have known him for a while but if it weren't for him I wouldn't be standing. Since the end of 2021 it has been very difficult for me. My sulaud was not well at all. I had already seen 2 doctors before him and it was worse for me. I thank Dr. Abiel a thousand times for taking care of me on that difficult day for me. Today I feel in good health. I owe it to him because today I can work. and feel like before THANK YOU.

This clinic is useless. The old women who work there don't know how to do anything right and are incompetent. Not even to be able to send a fax. Not even that doctor Abiel......on the other hand, spend more than 5 minutes with his patients and pay attention to what they need.Please do not waste your time coming here or bringing a loved one. The front office women are so incompetent, they cannot even process what is being said to them via phone. Cannot send a proper fax for a referral. Every time we have had to call there has always been an issue. They cannot even answer the phone properly.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! COST ME A JOB! Went to take a UA for a job and the old Doctor was extremely rude not to mention thinking I had something in my pants to cheat the test and literally ordered me to show him my privates or he wasn't going to pass me. POS!

Horrible place. I recommend any and all urgent care nearby where you will be treated with respect. They block up their windows and doors and lake the wit of a decent manager to install an intercom system or just tape a walky talky to the front door. Ring is a nice reasonable service. They ran tests that I never requested. They are highly unprofessional. They are insufferable and they took down my last review. No integrity. Hypocratic Oath is to do no harm. Your low class greedy ways caused me more unnecessary stress on an overwrought nervous system. Which I explained to you cretins from day one. But you take your daily stress from an illreputable and poorly run healthcare facility and dish it out on to your patients, your customers are people looking for health care. You do not provide care nor appear to show any concern for their health concerns.

I had an appointment at 9:15am. So far almost 3 hours later. It's 12pm and I have not seen a Dr. They have a sign up front letting patients know they will be a small fee if someone doesn't show up for their appointment. Really? What's the point of making an appointment?

Absolutely worst clinic ever. Went in for flu symptoms (cough, fever, sore throat, body aches) yet never got tested for flu. Was treated for high blood pressure instead. Edwardo the manager was completely rude. Did not offer any solution when requesting to be tested for the flu, but Offered an appointment a month later. Intentionally hung up when requested to speak with a DR, since he says he is not able to do anything. Worst experience ever!
