Visited this location today. As a Sephora employee we are trained to greet customers as they walk in… Never received that. I made eye contact with multiple employees and never got asked if I needed any help. I had to break up a conversation amongst employees just to receive help. Keep in mind, I was one of the three customers there and two were in line. If you’re between ordering online or going to this location… order online.

I went in to Sephora for ALL new makeup and asked for some help/suggestions and I kept being taken from person to person. I think I went to 4 employees one after the other. I felt like they were annoyed or in a rush. And even suggested stuff that was sold out in store and online. So when I asked for something else that is similar to the item I was suggested to buy they just shrugged. This location is small and they are not the vibe.

My experience here at this location Sephora, was wonderful! Everyone was willing to assist and help out with any questions I had concerning any products. I was unaware you could place an item on hold! Nice to know in May future purchases. I’m happy that the shampoo and conditioner I use can be ordered here. I normally order from Amazon but this was much quicker. I was also able to check out other items as well. I like that they have sample items before you get to the register to purchase.

Went to to buy some cologne during lunch. No assistance for 10 minutes. An associate finally came over and asked if I needed help and if so, let her know. 3 minutes pass and I wave her down and she just ignores me. I don't know which store is worse, this one, or the Ulta Beauty that's in the same plaza. Stay away from both and just order online.

Do NOT buy gift cards from this Sephora location!! I purchased a gift card here, and shortly after, the funds were "mysteriously" used without my consent. I reached out to customer service, but they were unable to help me recover my money. It seems like the employees at this store might be involved in using customers' gift cards!!!
Be cautious and consider purchasing from another store if you're thinking about getting a gift card.

Bought a gift card and it wouldn't work. The workers basically said they couldn't help me that I would have to call customers service. Long story short. They couldn't help either!! If I could give zero stars I would!

I went in @7:45pm on 08/05 . As soon as I went in they advised me I had 10 min to shop due to store closing. I was not finished shopping when I told the associate "I am feeling rushed" for her to respond" We have been here all day and we want to go home". What kind of management and customer service is that? RUDE

i received TERRIBLE service here. as soon as i walked in one of the associates kept staring at me, talking to other associates about me and looking and pointing. she proceeded to follow me around the store when i was looking and made me feel really uncomfortable. she then came up to me and asked if i came in earlier and i told her no and she acted really strange. i was going to buy a few thing and left them because she made me feel uncomfortable. and when i went to put my things back she went and grabbed them from me. as i walked out her and other associates were looking out the window and looking at me. my friend went back to ask what was the problem and the manager apologized and said for me to go back so they can apologize but i was so embarrassed the whole experience was awful. i’m never going back here again.

I went in yesterday to look for a new face powder and a couple of other things. When I went over to get an employee for some help she wasn’t so nice and when I asked her what I needed she extended her hand in a gesture like well give it to me then and made this look with her eyes like I was bothering her. So i took it from her hands and told her NO I DONT NEED YOUR ATTITUDE. I asked for your help because when I bent down I got dizzy so I figured I’d get an employee to help. Right?! Well this employee named Clarissa. I guess i disturbed her while she was working and didn’t actually wanted to help with customers. So when went over to get a manager she was there explaining it to her. I wish I would have gotten this managers named because she was very condescending telling me well if you would just stop talking. I just was telling her what had happen but she kept telling me if you will just stop talking I would tell you that I could comp your purchase or give you samples. I told her I’m not there for free goodies. I’m telling you the girl was rude. But ofc she was taking her side without being there and witnessing what happened. What I had wished had happened and also being a manager at another makeup location my self, I would of liked if she would had said something like I’m so sorry that happened to you we don’t accept that from out employees. How can i help you with what you were looking for and also here are some samples for you. But instead I got if you would shut up i could have comp your purchase. You know I wished I would of said yes. I want that. Just to shut the manager up. She was never going to do that she thought by telling me that I would of said yes. I want that and I was complaining just to get free stuff. But I continued to shop around because I went in to get stuff. And I did buy what I was looking for plus a new body spray. And supposedly these managers were so apologetic about their employee that the two manager that “apologized “ never came to give me samples or tried to be vice to me. But I the girl who checked me out was very nice. I didn’t get any samples from her but that’s ok. I wasn’t there to get samples. Im just saying this so people won’t think I saying she was nice for that reason. lol

I felt like the short lady with the weird outfit on and bun was following me around the store making me SUPER uncomfortable the whole time. She proceeded to say “your bag is open” after one of the straps of my tote bag fell down my shoulder and began hovering and staying on the same aisle as me thinking she’s the FBI. On top of that my gift card credit got stolen overall horrible experience, cute makeup, though.
