This location is horrible and very inconsiderate of peoples time!! They have been giving my wife the runaround about replacing her window shield also canceling her appointments the day of!! This location is a joke and I recommend nobody to come here.

Where’s the ZERO stars button? The experience I’ve had with safelite humble and Pasadena location has been beyond HORRIBLE. Canceled multiple times, scheduled appts then said I didn’t have one scheduled, get there and they tell me they cant do the calibration when it’s raining AFTER I called before I came to confirm. This companies reviews definitely reflect how they operate business! DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS COMPANY. ANY LOCATION!

The location is not off the Beltway 8. All the construction, I would think Safelite would have a message as to how to get to the location. Another lazy useless Safelite neglects the customer location.
I can guarantee that not 1 of them have looked in Google maps or directions and saw where the directions lead the customers. I told my friend not to go there! I am still waiting on the piece they left off my vehicle, which was in May 2024.

This is my second no call no show with this company within the matter of days. I had my first appointment rescheduled through my insurance for 7/19/2024. The first no call no shows date was 7/16/2024. A supervisor called me back and scheduled me for today 7/18/2024 just for what to happen, yep, another no call no show. I even called the location at 2:15pm: spoke with a young lady for her to tell me my tech name is daren he had my work order. She called Daren and got no answer. She then provided his number for me to text for his ETA. I did just that and got no answer either. I waited some more time and after a few hours i realized five o clock was aproaching fast, I called safelite again; This time is was 4:27PM. I speak with the at lead named Jay and he tell's me that my tech never came in to work today and he will have to reschedule me yet again for the date 7/23/2024. Why didnt anyone call me in the begging of the day to explain the tech called out. Way wasnt i reassigned to anther tech or expetided. Dont waste your time making a appiontment at this location. Safelite in pasadena will schedule you for the numbers but never arrive. Im highly disappointed. I missed work, work events and i even have to cancel a roadtrip where the room is already booked and paid for due to the inconvience. The difference a simple phone would have made. I could have been booked with a different company from the first no show on the 16th till now. Jay the lead never offered any anything for my inconveniece. It was just im not a going to lie i can help you today i can schedule you for another day. like what?? moral of the story. Horrible customer service. Horrible scheduling system , Horrible team.

This is unfortunately the worst review I could ever leave. It's not about the quality or timeliness of service but the fact this company is unethical. I received a quote, I scheduled an appointment, I left my home and drove my truck to be dropped off for a new windshield. My wife had to take her lunch break to follow me. When I arrived they told me by 465.00 quote was good, but now it has a 395.00 recalibration fee. I have 2 major issues... 1. They knew this fee applied to my truck and chose not to deliver this until I took my time and my wife's time to drive to the location and they spring this 395.00 extra on me. 2. The fee itself is unethical in the amount. They were willing to fix my truck in 1 hour, so let's say it takes 30 minutes to replace the glass, and another 30 minutes to recalibrate... that means they are charging 790.00/hour to recalibrate. Tell me the last time someone got away with charging 790.00/hour on anything consumer related. Anyway, choose another glass company, these folks are not the one.

Such an easy process. I went online and scheduled the appointment, was able to confirm insurance would cover, they sent reminder notices and told me when the tech was on the way. The tech was Mariah and she was pleasant and fixed a chip in the windshield in about 10 minutes. Great experience.

They damaged a sensor in my Tesla while replacing the glass, resulting in a $400 replacement cost. Their phone responsiveness is terrible, and they often don’t have the necessary parts. I had to return twice because they initially claimed to have the windshield but didn't.
