Such an easy process. I went online and scheduled the appointment, was able to confirm insurance would cover, they sent reminder notices and told me when the tech was on the way. The tech was Mariah and she was pleasant and fixed a chip in the windshield in about 10 minutes. Great experience.

Their phone system sucks you can’t reach anyone. I have called several times and it is dead after the automated system. Their employees also hang up easily once you do get someone on the phone
