DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE YOUR AGENTS YET WHEN NEEDED, THEY DO ABSOLUTAELY NOTHING TO HELP. MY PARENTES HAVE HAD THEIR POLICY WITH THIS AGENCY UNDERWRITTEN BY GAINSCO AUTO INSURANCE AND AFTER 1 CLAIM IN THE LIFETIME OF THE POLICY, THE AGENTS FEEL THEY DID ALL THEY CAN BY DIALING THE UNDEWRITER BUT DO NOTHING WHEN THERE IS NO ANSWER OR RESPONSE FROM THEM IN OVER 3 WEEKS, GOING ON OVER 30 DAYS SINCE CLAIM WAS FILED. FIND ANTOHER INSURNACE COMPANY - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR AN AGENCY AND GAINSCO INS. SEE COMPLAINTS BEING FILED WITH TDI. 7/11/2023
