I would like to thank the entire staff from Rebecca taking my calls and the two technicians (young lady & young man, has a kitten a yr old) to Dr. Steven Sullivan. I am so impressed with this veterinarian. His manor towards the animal, the owner is just remarkable. I can't give enough praise. Thank y'all for taking care of my tuxedo kitty.

I have always had a great experience at this facility, Dr. Sullivan and his front office staff are extremely nice and professional my grandpups Faye and Nina love them. We highly recommend them. Front office receptionist Kim is awesome

Good customer service from receptionist and staff . The receptionist was very helpful and had great manners! Hard to find good customer service now a days . I highly recommend this clinic and Doctor.

Earlier this week my husband and I brought our dog in an we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was so kind and welcoming. Our visit was one of the best ones at a vet place thus far! Dr.Sullivan was great and on point ! Very clean facility and great Customer service ?

Such a hard day for my family today. We found out our dog had a tumor & we were advised to euthanize her due to her age.
She had been to Rickey animal clinic before so I called & immediately started crying talking to the receptionist.
She went over pricing & we scheduled an appointment. When we got there they took us back, & gave us our time with our girl, and let us know to take our time. Dr. Sullivan was extremely professional & talked us through everything. The receptionist gave me a hug & it honestly was just what I needed.
We said our last goodbyes to our girl & they all said sorry to us while we left. It wasn’t the best day, nor was it a fun time there but they made us feel at ease.

I recently took my dog to RicheyAnimalClinic, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making both me and my pet feel at ease. They took the time to explain everything, answering all my questions patiently.
The facility was clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence in their care standards.
When I was checking out, they looked for coupons, and I saved $15.

Love this clinic! The Doctor and staff are amazing and very welcoming! Easiest place to get an appointment for our dog and extremely affordable as well! Wouldn't go anywhere else

All the doctors here are super knowledgeable and the prices are very affordable. I rescued a stray and was able to get her chip checked, vaccinated, and flea treated super quickly and the appointment was made within the same week. She unfortunately had heartworms but the staff was all so knowledgeable and really made me feel like I was getting the best service and they truly care. Thank you Richey Animal Clinic!! Brisket is now living her best life with her new family in Atlanta!

Very good place, they take good care of the animals, the hairless doctor is a loving person, Mis. Puppies are healthy.
The only bad thing about the appointment is the waiting times, but it is normal in any walk in, and if you miss your appointment by 10 minutes, they cancel it and you will have to wait
But excellent service

We had to put our baby kitty down today. As difficult of a day as it was, the staff made the experience a little easier. The receptionist saw me crying as I was waiting, she came and brought me tissue & hugged me. The assistant brought my baby a blanket so she could be comfortable and brought me more tissues. The vet was just as amazing. As a RN who works in inpatient care, I truly appreciated the great deal of compassion my baby and I received from everyone in the office. Thank you all so much!
