I went in to get blood drawn but was dehydrated and had to stop midway. Ended up having to go back again and had zero issue. I just wanted to say a big thank you to CJ/Cesar who helped me SO much and made sure I was good every step of the way. He was personable, friendly and the blood draw took no time. I wanted to make sure he was recognized.

Be prepared to wait at least 3 hours without an appointment also there is at least a 2 hour wait with an appointment !!!

The staff was amazing Alysha is always so amazing and attentive when I go in I did a 3 hour glucose test and I got dizzy and she went above and beyond to make sure I was okay

Go to a different location. Staff is rude. Walking get in ahead of scheduled patients. Half of people in here are scheduled and waiting over an hour.

The appointment I’d scheduled on line wasn’t showing up because it was ordered under my first name and my DL is my middle name which I’ve always gone by. I scheduled as a walk in once I realized my appointment for 0840 wasn’t showing up. They called me back almost immediately and then we couldn’t find my order (same issue I believe). I hadn’t brought the paper order because I’d received an email from Quest so I was sure they had my order directly from my PCP. I called the PCP to get them to fax the order but they weren’t open yet. I was just about to give up and reschedule but the manager came in to see if she could help. She managed to find the order and I was taken care of. All of this sounds like it was a big hassle and took a lot of time but it didn’t. It was only a matter of minutes. The manager was so cordial and helpful. She remained in the draw station and chatted with me while my labs were drawn. She said she had a training session later in the day and I’d provided her with a “teaching moment”. The young lady that drew my labs was very proficient and skilled. Also she made sure my specimens were labeled correctly. The Pasadena location on Fairmont is where I go and I love it!!! Fast, efficient service by knowledgeable, friendly staff!! Thank you!!
