“Krogers should watch out because HEB is doing it right . They have the most helpful , curious , kind , knowledgeable and helpful employees ever. Compared to Krogers where your treated as a bother rather than a paying customer .

Just the level of cleanliness is unmatched by competitors. The variety of products is amazing and the quality of the store brand is great too. The only thing I would complain about it’s the lack of weekly “deals “ . I think that offering some sort of rewards program would be great addition to the experience for customers . Offering discounts on fuel , and loyalty points of some sort . Highly recommended this place. Child friendly also !!!”

“Can’t get anyone to answer my phone calls. Can’t get anyone to call me back after leaving multiple voicemails. They have had my prescriptions pending for over 2 weeks and no word. TERRIBLE PHARMACY. Not sure how they are even in business. Okay. Come to find out the doctors office never sent the prescriptions. Even though just on Friday they said they had twice. Spoke with a very nice pharmacist who sincerely apologized. As do I.”

“I like everything about this clinic, except Manuel Trujillo from medical records clerk... he has no patience, he treats with a very bad character, he treats patients badly, he is always in a bad mood and his body language is worse, as if he doesn't like it the work you do, or if you are already tired.”

“Hi, peace be with you all. I thank God for the pharmacist who works there. It was 1:25 pm and I stopped by to ask for my baby's antibiotics. She said that it would be ready after 2 p.m. because it was lunchtime. She was putting the info in the computer and she said wait right her, I'm going to mix it and get it ready for your baby. She took about 10 to 12 minutes of her lunch to prepare the antibiotics. I'm so thankful for that. God bless you.”

“Popped in to get my passport pictures taken for a Federal handgun permit. Walgreens closest to my house isn't taking photos due to Covid. Got my fingerprints taken just before coming over, where the lady said that places like this were horrible for taking acceptable passport photos. Cheryl took my first picture, which didn't work because I was leaning my head. She didn't accept that, retaking the picture, providing what should be an acceptable picture. I mentioned that I was planning on getting my first passport as well. She was kind enough to print out the application, as well as the renewal for my fiancé, which Cheryl didn't have to do. Thank you for going the extra mile, I appreciate it.”

“The pharmacy technician Laura and Maria are an asset to the CVS pharmacy, along with the pharmacy staff. Laura went beyond her expertise, she added the now a days human touch. Can't thank her enough. Maria also takes note of those in the community, like my mom. Thank you guys again for your hard work. May CVS value you as we do.\n\n\nCandida”

“I frequent this Walgreens but today I needed to use power for my medicine. After my treatment I found some glasses with LED lights, got cash back and left with a smile. Never feel rushed or unwelcome here.”

“My "go to place", used shop most of time at HEB, but they priced me out the door.
I have more benefits ar Kroger, much better prices and sales. Have to say, I miss the free samples at HEB, but not the prices!”

“I like the store myself. All Pharmacist and Interns (assistants) are not above the law. They will mind somebody so the Public is properly protected by laws that are governed to serve and and protect like the F.D.A. STATED all employees that handel your prescriptions must properly display State license. Then when requested must show proff of State Documented licenses per your polite request. Same as they want to see your State license to receive your medications or anyone whom picks up said controlled substances must show State licenses prior to disturbation. Tip use cell phone if possible to take photo. Complaints must clearly and Correctly spell name and license # number which is unique to each employee and must be included on report spelling counts. Dont forget to add Head Pharmacist license that was on duty at time of incident. Drugs cannot be distributed in less a fully licensed Pharmacist is on duty. Period! See Also on licenses complete info of how, who, when and where to formally make public complaints. If unable to read its the address to Report Complaints: via Texas Human Health and Services Commission in Austin Texas. Be advised pharmacies are allowed to refuse service to anyone but must do so in a professional manor ethically whether manger or Pharmacist likes it or not. So a well "prof read" documented letter which includes the date, time and store # number location at the time of incident. Use cell phone to take picture of license If possible. Then describe how the demoralizing, unprofessional manors and describeing attitude of person you are making Report on. Be careful not to state what someone else "thought or felt" when includeing any other store employees but how they acted and treated you as a result. Include how you felt, not only at the time but how you felt about incedent even after it was over. Then if possible include names of your witness including current contact information. This report will stay on their proffesional licenses indefentally. Which is in turn reviewed in front of the T.H.H.S.C. Board at the time and reviewed perodically for follow-ups if Review Board determined infractions occurred...especially if this was NOT the first time. Also this can effect pay rate and possible future employment with same company or different locations and any other Pharmacies. License are reviewed by any other Pharmacy in the State of Texas prior to future employment. So companies may deny employment or State may revolk license or place on Probation. Its that serious...Like a heart attack or the D.E.A. M.H.M.R. Hippo Laws many ways they can be reperminded by not just Krogers...so feel free to go over their heads make legitimate complaint keep your dignity and also keep on Krogering...God Bless us all.”

“They have the best prices for all my prescriptions. Some even lower than available through my regular insurance or GoodRX. A real bonus is that the staff members are knowledgeable and helpful.”
