Staff is very helpful, only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is due to a lack of options for feeder invertebrates that are healthy enough to feed to my chameleon.

I go in this store because it is closest to my house but everytime I go up to cashier to pay there’s one cashier and this one lady just looking at everybody she should ring someone up she is a cashier but always end up waking away Hispanic long black hair thin and older sad customer service

Petco products and grooming services are superb. I love the vital care apt and the saving is great! All the workers and groomers are very polite, kind, do sn excellent job! I appreciate Petco!

We found a stray dog and called to see if they could scan the dog for a chip. They said yes and we took the dog in. Katherine was amazing! She scanned the dog, was friendly with us and the dog, and was even willing to pay for a bag of food for the dog because she said he was emaciated. She is a valuable asset to Petco and an overall very caring person.

Disorganized, hardly any price tags and when there is, it's not for the product that's there and lacks a lot of stuff. They'll have one part of something but not the other. Staff isn't welcoming or very helpful most times.

I disagree with having to pay 10cents for a plastic bag to put your items purchased into.
Especially if customers purchase over 100.00 in items from your store.
