Customer Service was great! Mind you this item failed the “Quality Control” department and never should have been shipped out as such but hey life get’s busy big orders probably on the daily and things happen. I get it. From the time I emailed my concern about an item in my order, to the time it was corrected and shipped back to me was literally less than a week. I was very impressed at the quick turn around Laura Flores handled my issue with. Great job guys!

4 weeks ago I asked for a glove in a left handed model and the guy at the time said they could have it in the store in 3 weeks, we go to the store at 3 weeks to check on the glove and the only person working there said they would give me a call when they had a chance and for the next week I haven’t received a call,well it’s been 4 weeks and I called to see if they had it in and. They said that their supplier didn’t have sell those gloves anymore. So I’m here without a glove for my son and I’ve wasted 4 weeks of my time waiting patiently for this glove that they didn’t even order. And that didn’t even tell me

If I could put a negative review, I would I came to pick up some black baseball pants and they seem to be the only store that has them around town yet. Care about corporate account even said running the retail side makes no sense so they do not care about individuals need especially on the north side of town Retail is closed and you have to talk to a sales person in order to buy something. how do they expect you to purchase things and keep his business and business if they’re not allowing anyone in stores. i’m sure that when this place closes down their doors since they don’t have any business that they will complain that they were located on the north side and you can’t run a business yet. There was three guys inside walking around telling people that they’re closed very pathetic waste of time and I hope somebody shut this place down.

Knowledgeable staff, well stocked and comparable prices to big stores. Great selection for baseball equipment such as gloves, bats, helmets, bags, etc. Locally owned as well so you keep the money within the community.

Great place to shop for team baseball Jersey's and Equipment. However, they do more than just baseball as they can accommodate to most sports. Gabby in Inside Team Sales is great to work with if you are ever needing anything ordered. Great attention to detail!
