If you want to be charged the absolute maximum on any fix, no matter how small, only for it to break again a few months later and have to dish out even more money to fix the problem, then this is the place. I've brought my car here 2-3 times and the prices are always outrageous, heck the last time I brought it they tried telling me over $1000 to fix it! Absolutely nothing on a car of my age should cost over $1000 to fix. I ended up just buying the part, going somewhere else and paid $500 total for the fix, saving me OVER $500. Overall, I would say if you don't care about being screwed on prices, and if you want your car fixed by a mechanic who knows what they're doing, then this is a good spot. But as I've said, fixes that I've had here have broken less than 4 months later.

Please hold on to your receipt or they will charge you $95 to take a look at the work they did wrong. So annoyed. Highway robbery $$$. Poor customer service. They should take the customers word that they got their car repairs at their place of business. Doesn't make sense. I only paid you almost $600 to fix my ca and I still had to do other repairs elsewhere.

Leonard Jones again, since I get no response on the photos of the scratches on corner of hood, fender and plastic, that hood has never been taken off until your shop took it off, so I will be getting a quote on the damages today and you will pay for them and my family's lawyer will be getting a copy as well. Also the heat guard underneath the car is bent to hell and was hanging down. There is pins missing and the plastic guard is hanging down so now I need to get more pins to replace the ones you shop left out. This has been the worst place I've ever been for car mechanical service. And don't blame it on the time crunch because all that proves to me is that you're work is unprofessional and sloppy when your are in a time crunch. So we will speak soon.

Best repair shop I've been to. Repaired my electric window and didn't charge an exorbitant amount. Also, gave an estimate for A/C repair that was HALF of a previous repair shop gave. Thanks, guys.

Good morning all.. I would like to show my appreciation to the guys at Pasadena Auto Service for fixing my. A/C on my 89 Cadillac..I tool my Cadillac to others and they could not figure it out.. they can do all type of work on new and old cars.. Took my car here to fix the ac. They charged me more then double what anyone els was charging me but I decided to do it with them because they said they can have it done in two days. The result was my ac now is cold but it still doesn't blow out any air. I called them and they said we fix what we charged you for, but when I originally took the car to them I told them I wanted to fix it and have it work like new. They even crossed some wires and now my cars yellow lights are always on in the front. Terrible service I can't recommend this place and I definitely wont be going back. !!!! UPDATE !!!! KNOW THEY RESPOND BACK TO MY POST AND SAY ITS FAKE.. this is exactly the kind of service you can expect at this shop. They wouldn't take responsibility when I told them about the issue and they still wont do it when I complain publicly. Just avoid this place.

Words can not express how happy and thankful i am with Ed and his team at Pasadena Auto Service. My truck had Reduced engine power that after so many attempts myself and even 1 other mechanic, i decided to drop it off here. After 6 months i can finally drive my truck without being afraid of being left stranded anymore. Ed and his team have all the tools, equipment and knowledge to get your vehicle back on the road.
