Ok so not so much their fault on waiting for parts, however there were several occasions when they told me the car was ready, but upon arrival, it was NOT - this unfortunately happened several times, but when we finally got the car back - it was fine no issues so far. Javier was wonderful, and the guys in the back that actually do all the work obviously were wonderful as well. Don’t come here unless you prefer giving your business to dishonest, sketchy establishments.I left my 2023 Toyota Tacoma which needed some body work after it got broken into… long story short, while the truck was at the shop, some cycling shoes which I left in the truck magically disappeared (mind you this is a place with security cameras everywhere, and a gated back lot). I confronted one of the main guys about this and he simply said that that wasn’t their responsibility as they don’t take responsibility for valuables left inside cars - seems like a great strategy there.Additionally, they owed me a rubber packaging which would’ve served as a replacement for the drivers-side door. To no surprise, they gave me the incorrect part which was for a 2014 Toyota Tundra. I called and told them about their mistake, to which they said they’d send me the right part in 2 days… I’m still waiting and it’s been more than 2 weeks.Services: Painting

Bad service overall. Took truck in to repair paint due to tornado damage but quality of paint job left a lot to desire. They do not have the abilities needed to perform the job. Mediocre service to say the least. Took longer than promised and ended paying rental out of pocket for extending the rental. Now my truck has leaks from luggage rail that was not installed properly, foggy headlight, truck inside was left with stains from when they did work on it. Avoid this place to avoid a big headache.

The Original estimates was a lie they triples the amount from 2400 to almost 8700 the work took twice as long as expected!! Then some of the work was shoddy and had to be redone and tge charged my insurance again I’m sure but be aware also they never give updates or even contact you during the process yiu have to call to see what’s going on with vet time

I would give zero stars if I could. Used this place because our insurance used. The first time the car was there, they didn't properly assess the wreck job, had to bring the car back due to them not replacing the rear suspension cradle. They stood by that- and saw the rear wheel was still bent out. Human error is possible. We brought the car back, that was replaced. When picking up the car the last time, we had to immediately bring it back due to the traction control lights flashing on when going 60 ish. Now they say its the transmission-it clearly is not considering it drove fine until they did the suspension work. We live out of town as well-no issues. Not to mention upon looking under the car they brake line is just hanging out under there not clamped or anything. Definitely not impressed with the quality of work they do.

They made me come back the next day just to tell me that they couldn't give me an estimate for a dent even though they have a large sign outside that reads "paintless dent repair". If you don't want to repair small things like that then remove your sign. Lazy stuff. They also ask me if I had insurance because they know they will make more money from an insurance claim.
