After work on Saturday, I went to Panchos and bought Fajitas Tejas 12.99$ per pound (3lbs), and the Ribs 8.99$ per pound (4lbs) It came out to about 85$.We had a barbecue with this meat (with beans and rice), and it was enough to feed my wife and I, 3 teenagers, and my 9 year old. We had enough leftovers for quesadillas the next day.We are making this again this Saturday ?

For the second time when buying carnitas I received over 1/3 of fat instead of meat. I even took it back to complain and show it to the son of the owner. He replied that some people want fat with their carnitas. So if you go and order carnitas, make sure you specifically ask for only meat.
