They refuse to open the pools, the washers do not work properly, they keep raising the rent. These apartments have roaches. Don’t move here.

Got a Airb&b here and it was nice and quiet but I was in building 16 and my walk to my car with family or just my wife walking to the car was absolutely pitch black all the building lights are out this place feels dangerous at night for a person trying to get to their vehicle. Please correct it soon I’d like to come back but it’s just way too dark !

I sincerely recommend this place, it is very clean, it is quiet, I have had no problems with maintenance issues, they fix everything very quickly and the office staff are very friendly and respectful, Mrs. Juany is very kind and has always resolved everything very well.

After living here for 4 years and having some frustrating experiences with previous management, the new property manager Juani is great! She has been transparent about things and I love that. Come in and speak to her and you will see she's good.

I’m a tenent at Oakwood Village Apartments here in Pasadena TX. I really do and enjoy our new Manager Juany Resendez. She’s caring and have the tenants best interest. Since she’s been here my husband and I see the difference.

About to leave, the office staff is too despotic and rude, they have no way to speak. I have been here for 3 years and I have never had a problem and the parking ?️ now it is the worst to have to register on Google, ask for a code, write it on a piece of paper and put it in the car and you can only do it 3 times, you can't have a dinner or party because there is no place to park your visitors.
