I received help from the store manager Aaron at this location with 5 star help he was very knowledgeable about everything also he would give me updates about the work being performed on my vehicle very friendly will definitely be coming back to this location for anything car related on my infinty q50.

Highly recommend coming here. Rodney, the manger, is super helpful and a genuine person. Bonnie is fanstastic, too.These guys went the extra mile in helping me get my brakes and aligment fixed on my car. They were very busy, but still gave me their attention and personal service.This is my new go to place. I'll be coming back for an oil change and to get my top struts replaced soon.Thanks again, Rodney!

Came to the location here at Farmont in Pasadena was greeted by Bonnie. Such a wonderful personality. Had a screw in my tire and that I needed to know if it was patchable. She informed me that it was and proceeded to get a tech to take care of me asap. Most certainly will be my NTB for good.

Rodney was fantastic! Very helpful and patient with me explaining what all I needed to have done to correct a problem with my truck so that I could get it aligned. Done and done. He had the alignment completed in less than 40minutes and it drives great now. Thanks a bunch Rodney and team!

Great place. The staff is helpful and really makes sure you're leaving with everything you could need. They ask so many questions it could make your head spin but it feels like they genuinely care about the service they provide. Rodney is a great guy and really knows his stuff!
