Employees are rude. Especially to Spanish speaking customers trying their best to communicate with them. They use unsanitary tools. Drill files are not switched out for every customer, the same nail clippers are used for everyone. I could go on and on. I just wouldn’t recommend coming here. If you are willing to spend money to get a service done, go somewhere else.Services: Manicure

Rude ladies are always talking about the customers (in her language ) and makes it obvious. Went today it was freezing outside and she had no heater on , no excuse just I don’t have one common she don’t want to spend money to heat her place of business smh . We pay for the place to sit and get our service done . It should be clean and comfortable. Won’t spend another dollar here old owners years back earned my business today current owner lost my business forever .

Love the work. Boss knows what's good. I've only ever had good experiences here. Most usually do, but it seems they don't use Google reviews. Unconventional place, so it's not for everybody. Been coming here for years now.

The owner was very friendly. Language is a bit of a barrier, but the ladies were nice and understood what I wanted. There aren't that many workers (mainly the two ladies that I've seen). I've been coming here for over two years, and they were nice each time to me. Price is reasonable; I've seen worse prices for poorer work. I have pretty bad ingrown nails with my big toes from a previous nail tech at a different location. I come here and they take good care of me, and help me walk again without any pain. I don't know why others gave such bad reviews. I guess because the older ladies and gentlemen don't know how to use Google reviews, but this place isn't as bad as others have made it out to be. It's a small business, but they do pretty good work for the price. My gel/shellac nails have lasted like this for over 2 weeks! They asked to test out some of their stick-ons, so that's why the designs didn't come out that well at first. It still looks cute! I'll definitely still return. Support local businesses! Everyone's gotta start somewhere.

I went in for a simple shellac pedicure and ended up going to urgent care. The owner took out an ingrown nail that was not bothering me at all and made me bleed. She said it normal. Later on that evening my toe was red and in so much pain. I had to go to urgent care and sure enough I got an infection. I called the owner back and she said it was my fault. I will never go back to her and make sure my family doesn’t either.Services: Manicures

Went in for short acrylic nails. The nails looks like press on’s and they were lifting by the 2nd day not to mention that i asked them twice to switch out their drill bit files, hand file and buffer BEFORE using them on me since I saw that they had used it on the previous customer it was disgustingly dirty and unprofessional to continue doing my nails after I told them to stop do not recommend at all whatsoever.Update: I am removing my nails with a home licensed tech and my natural nails are literally ripping off of me even with the soak off technique NEVER AGAIN will I come back here.Service: Acrylic nails

Horrible service‼️ from putting the man to do my nails for them other lady’s to continue watching the phones to not telling me the color I picked was glow in the dark to cutting me while filing when I was saying it hurt to burning my feet with the hot towel the whole service was horrible.
