I had the worst customer service experience ever in my life. The lady didn’t want to give me her name when I asked for it she had the nerve to say “for what” but I’ll describe her, she’s a short red/orange head who usually works the cash register and does eye brow service. When I tried to let her know how I wanted my eyebrows she rudely told me “I know” there was no need for the attitude then when I asked for a mirror she told me she didn’t have one when I clearly saw one in her drawer I then pointed to the mirror and she very rudely told me no, I was appalled. As a paying customer I do not appreciate this. I came for a service not to be treated so bad. With that being said i will never be coming back I will take my money else where.

This is mine and my daughter to go place for our nails ?? we have been here plenty of times and never disappoints. Andy is fantastic just have to show him a picture of what we want and he does his magic!
Cleanliness: It’s always fresh and clean inside just smells like a nail shop.

these ladies are THE best!! i went in for a pedi and mani and brought the baby i nanny in and not only did they make her happy and laughing they played videos for her so she would be distracted and made me feel so comfortable even when she was getting fussy! i felt so bad for having a baby with me at the nail salon when she was crying but they made it such a perfect environment and the best experience ever. i am so thankful for people like this and all of the sweet ladies in there

Terrible customer service, the employees are so rude they made me feel bad. I went there to do a manicure and shellac for my nails. When I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted the shape and color she grabbed my phone and showed it to her coworker as she giggled at it. I said I wanted to use my natural nails no acrylics but she said one of nails wasn’t pretty and was about to put acrylics on without my consent until I stoped her. Then mid way of doing the manicure (no shellac yet) I apologized and said I changed my mind on the color. she just stoped and groaned then left with all her stuff without finishing the manicure so another lady stepped in and finished it for her. Im sorry but I DO NOT recommend this place.

Money hungry workers! The worst I’ve Ever had ! you tell them what you want & they tell you no ,no get this ..yes ! Of course because it’s 15-20 more $ ..omg ! I Told the lady let me choose my services please ! After all I’m paying for them ..never again will I step foot in this Soa again ..Terrible listening skills !!! Please don’t tell a customer What to get !!! Not only to mention several steps left out of pedicure..Go elsewhere & get better service w a better price .

I went to nails club for years with no specific nail tech because they all got the most part do great work but the ladies attitude at the front killed it for me. Very rude and most def needs work on her people skills.

I wanted a gel manicure before I went on vacation and went to get them done 2 days before I left. The service was fair and the color was good, but she failed to shape my nails whatsoever. I was very disappointed when the majority of my nails were chipped/peeling off one day into my trip. For $40 I was expecting them to last at least longer than a week. Never going back.

I’ve been going to Nails Club for a couple of years on and off. This is my third time I get my nails done with Jayden. He has always been polite and courteous. However, I’m sad to say this was my last time at this nail salon. As he was doing my nails (he had already placed the powder on every single nail) we were deciding what glitter to do on one finger; the lady that works at the counter comes up to me in front of every other customer next to me and rudely says that I needed to know what color before hand because other people are waiting on him. This is after I sat for about 45 minutes for him to be able to do my nails. I couldn’t believe her attitude to a customer. First of all I’m paying for the service! Which is always way over 100 dollars. Second, I didn’t take not even 10 minutes to decide the glitter I wanted. Instead of her helping by being courteous and saying do you need help in deciding we would gladly help. But that’s not the case. Later on, Jayden explain to me that he cannot take long with any particular customer because if he doesn’t do some number of customers he won’t make money. Meaning, all the people that work there will NOT take their time with you or help you decide on what you like because they will loose money. I understand they work very hard but please be mindful of your clients. I also work hard for my money and don’t need to be rushed or my nail service to be not good enough because you have a number of customers you need to do. To finalize, I tipped him $10.00 every single time he did my nails. I hope other customers are not treated the way I was treated today. I really just wanted a relaxing time and instead was treated in such an unprofessional manner.

It’s a hit or miss for me overall I’ve been coming here on and off for 5 to 6 years and they are not friendly from the person up at the front door to the nail tech. They treat you like they’re doing you a favor and I just don’t understand it. If you remind them of what exactly it is, that you wanted, they become annoyed they rough your hands up and they begin the Vietnamese chatter. It is so rude. Every time I tell myself I’m not going to go back something always happens where I’m in close proximity and I want to have my nails done so I just go. Bad customer service.

I used to go to another nail salon for the longest time and since my tech no longer worked there, I decided to try somewhere new. While this place is a little pricier I definitely can NOT complain. Jennifer is so amazing at the work she does!! Any picture I show her is literally a Copy and Paste! I believe anyone there is good but my services for full sets, are a must go to with Jennifer! If your looking to get exactly what you want, be prepared to pay a little more but be super happy you got the results you wanted. Would definitely recommend anyone here.

You're better off at AMC, I came here about a week ago and had the worst experience. I first came a few months back and had a bad pedicure experience but got good acrylics so I figured I could just come back for acrylics, bad idea. The man doing the nails barely looked at my reference photo and blamed me for the way the glitter line came out because I picked from 3 different colors, the problem isn't the shade of the glitter. It's the application, splotchyness, and unevenness. If you don't have the right glitter liner, simply explain that instead of giving me something wrong and blaming me after for it. Horrendous customer service, even after receiving uneven nails and being blamed by the man who did them, I was still calm in my explanation to the manager who only met me with aggressive attitude and sass. Unprofessional, thankfully AMC fixed them after.
